Run by two women that no nothing about cigars (Tamara Hoyland area manager and Angela Brooks really don't know what her title is I know she got her job by dating Tamara's son). But both know nothing about cigars. Also know they are overpriced by 2 to 3 dollars compared to JR cigars a few miles east on Busch Blvd.. Mike is really the only breath of fresh air in the place besides the few regular guys and ladies in the lounge.

Stumbled upon this place looking for a late Christmas gift. Staff were extremely helpful and polite especially considering that I was new to the cigar world. Service was 10/10 and the prices were great. Cigar lounge also looked clean and comfortable. Will return again

My go to cigar store. Great prices, great selection, nice place to smoke a cigar as well. I left one star off only because I wish they offered some sort of Cuban coffee or Cafe con leche to enjoy with my cigar.

I am trying to exit the Nicotine gang, but it's hard. That being said I had a good experience with the people at the Depot. The clerk was friendly, and helpful. The prices for what I got was only a dollar more than Walmart, so that's good. He said" we are making more improvements as we go and it's going well. The smell of tobacco and cigars is ever present but not overwhelming. They have a cool lounge, lots of room, and the misters keep things cool and humid. Their selection of cigars is huge, & they have all the other types of tobacco you could think of. I didn't ask about snuff but I'm sure they have it. Looking for a Cigar to puff on? Do yourself a favor and swing on by the Depot, I'm not just blowing smoke!

If you like your cigars with an overwhelming atmosphere of right-wing nut job politics, then this is the place for you, Patriot. Both television sets in the customer lounge are always set to FOX News (cable), with no chance of changing the channels to anything else. Lots of regulars there, but those with open minds probably won't want to stick around too long. A cigar shop ought not be a one-party political convention clogged with conspiracy theories and other nonsense. Buy your smokes and move on.
