Watch all the hidden fees if you decide to open a credit card with TJ Maxx, Marshalls HomeGoods it is with synchrony bank. I paid my balance in full last month.
This month, I get a statement for two dollars, which is interest because of some cut off date even though my statement was paid in full and in advance on automatic pay.
Due to this fee and they’re charging for paper statements ( which I quit). I spent over 30 minutes with two team members doing a chat to ask them to write this off. It didn’t happen! Some customer service
two dollars??
They can keep it!!!!!!
I’m closing my account due to this after years of a dedicated shopper and pastor. no longer wish to be in a relationship with them.
They will entice you while in the store; just beware!!!

Very pleasant and helpful staff ☺️. Well put together store, clean, and excellent store management. I will definitely be back and I will pass on the word that this is the best TJ Maxx in town 💯.

I love this store and its employees are helpful and nice. The line moves quickly. But my FAVE is this lady named Katrina. She went above and beyond a couple times to help me. And I also saw her interact with other customers in a sweet and charismatic manner. She deserves a raise and/or promotion! I’ve never written a review for a huge corporate store, but this last visit/interaction compelled me to :)

No mens department. If you are male or looking for clothes for a man, don't stop here. There are 3 racks of clothes for men in the entire store. Waste of time. This store clearly is not interested in providing services to male clients.
