Terrible customer service. I would give them zero stars if I could. They lose and ruin clothes and take no responsibility for it. They strung us along for months asking us to let them try to find the shirts they lost and try to “fix” the sweaters they shrunk. Finally dealt with the manager directly, who was rude and hung up the phone on us saying they’re not responsible. We had been loyally customers for years, but will never return.
Reply to the owner’s response: I am sorry, but this response makes no sense. You shrank three cashmere sweaters. Those were the only cashmere items we sent. So, yes, it’s entirely possible to only shrink three garments in the dry cleaning process. And it was you who advised us three men’s dress shirts were missing. We asked repeatedly for the exact shirts that went missing. Your response was to give you time to find out where they went. You never got back to us despite us reaching out to your office several times. The last time my wife called, you rudely hung up the phone on her. It’s amazing how polite your tone is in with your written response. Very different from what your verbal response was.

I love Tide Dry Cleaners! I've been using them since they 1st opened in Tampa. I bring clothes every week and I'm able to get my clothes anytime with their outdoor, automatic pick up. Would highly recommend.

I had the most horrible makeup stain on the collar of my Crème shirt !! They got it out completely it was a $700 shirt i wore once. thought i was gonna have to buy a new one till i got it today in perfect condition totally recommend

Fixed review is pending whether or not I speak with the manager and if they make it right. I pulled into the “curbside valet” spot and waited 5 min completely ignored by the one lady working there. She stared at my car and didn’t move. I joked in the car that she would eventually come out, but never did. No big deal, I got out, but this came to prove that she clearly doesn’t like her job, or just doesn’t care for the services they’re supposed to provide. I was picking up a 23 piece order for over $150. Been a repeat customer for over 3 years. I asked her if she could check my suit to see if there was a note or any problems with the order since I’m supposed to be wearing this suit to my rehearsal dinner for my wedding. She said there’s no note. I pick up the piece to find a clear note that said there was a stain on the suit. I pulled it out to show her it was clearly not up to par, and multiple spots were on the suit. I asked her if they would redo it and she said that the manager is the one doing the dry cleaning and already tried his best. I argued that it wasn’t up to par and that it clearly looks like the suit was just pressed and that simple spots on the suit are in the same condition as when it was dropped off, and truly doesn’t look as if it was cleaned. So be it, I asked to run it through again and she declined since her manager was the one who cleaned it. I mentioned to her that there’s a slogan on their door that says “done right or it’s clean”. She failed to even realize that was on their front door, and denied that it was even an offer from Tide. I pointed to the sign and said I feel that this one piece of 23 of them wasn’t done right and either wanted it re-done, or I didn’t want to be charged for it (was already a $150 order and didn’t feel like this was a tall request). I’m not looking for handouts, but I am expecting good customer service, especially if the service wasn’t done to my expectations and especially if I’m doing a large order as a repeat customer. This all stemmed with her staring at my car parked in the valet spot and not wanting to come outside. I suspect this isn’t the first time she’s done this to other customers, since she didn’t even acknowledge when I came in with a “sorry I didn’t realize you were parked in the valet spot”, which is directly in front of the doors, can’t be missed. Looking to speak to a manager, as I tried calling, but was told they weren’t in. I will await a response, and hope they can make this right, and hopefully speak with their employee. When things don’t go right for the customer, treat them right, don’t just shrug your shoulders and not acknowledge your own “done right or free” guarantee.

Love Tide Cleaners! I have been a client for years, including in other states. Since moving to Tampa, I must shout out Trinity. She is one of the most positive persons I have met in a customer facing role in a while. She is always pleasant, keeps a smile, and treats customers like family. She is a true gem, and I always look forward to our interactions. She is a great match for the Tide brand!!
