They drive like bats out of hell. How tf u keep your left blinker on all the way from Nebraska to damn near the airport all the while cutting people off i get defensive driving but damn g u was out there driving a flatbed tow truck like that knowing u can hurt somebody. Slow tf down and pay attention. (Edit responding to the idiot talking bout “emergency tow” YOU ARE NOT AN EMERGENCY VEHICLE. You don’t have flashing lights or sirens, you don’t have the same rights that ACTUAL emergency vehicles do. You are a tow truck driver, nobody needs to move out the way for you. There’s no such thing as an emergency tow truck. Idk how they let a person with a the iq of a mudcricket drive a damn tow truck but here y’all are i guess.

Great experience. The tow truck driver arrived in 30 minutes and I was able to pay with zelle although they had other options of payment. The short time to get there was so 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Also driver was very nice and quickly changed the tire. The whole experience was quick and smooth.

Very happy with their service! We called on a holiday and had a driver at location within 10 minutes. We also called several companies in area and all of them exceeded the price we got from TIA. I highly recommend this company. We just have a great sense of relief now that are car is parked safely at home.

Reasonable prices, great service!
Christian helped me towing my car over from Brandon to Polk City. He was on time, he was careful and attentive. I would highly recommend! I recently used another local company and this experience was by far better.

Full disclosure - I canceled my service before they came to my house. It could be an amazing towing service, but my problem is how it's being managed.
It's shady. They first quoted me 125 dollars, a bit steep for a 20 minute drive but it was no problem. I get it, towing around the bay isnt cheap and english may not be the driver's first language. However, I started asking questions about how to pay, and my quote went to 155 dollars over text, with no reason given. I don't think the people in the office are communicating effectively with their drivers, who will text you directly before you've even spoken with anyone in the office.
Thank God I read their reviews and saw they only deal in cash, Cashapp, or Zelle. They DO NOT tell you that beforehand. If you want to pay with a credit card, like they're a normal, legitimate company, you have to pay an extra 25 dollar fee. I cancelled my service. Best of luck to them, but it's too shady for me to want anything to do with them.
The drivers want to text me nasty comments after I cancelled and left a bad review for their scam-like practices LOL. I will make sure nobody I know uses this service.
