“How did I not know this place was here all these years? It's easy to miss it as you drive past a mostly-empty strip mall on Macdill Ave.First, it's a cash-only establishment (there's a sign on the door).Staff is friendly and helpful. They have sales often. For instance, today, all clothing was half off except, pay attention to the tags: if there is an "ND" on it, that means 'no discount' as might be the case with new, name brand clothes that still have the Nordstrom tag attached.Prices are quite reasonable! Much better than Goodwill where you can't get any clothing for under $7/piece. I came away with a big bag of nice clothes and a Dr. Who collectible for under $40.I also like that all their profits go towards various animal charities and there's a huge section of pet supplies to boot.I'm coming back next week when I have more time to browse and cash to buy a pair of nice black leather cowboy boots (if they're still there!).”

“Wherein Goodwill and Lighthouse have inflated their prices... The Sally has kept everything affordable... they know their clientele and the pricing feels respectful. I love how everything is color coordinated. Want a plus size white shirt? They have them hung all in a neat row. Want a purple plate? Guess what? The plates are organized by color. The staff is friendly and I appreciate that they hire graduates from the ARC. The Sally is a sentinel, handing out second, third and fourth chances. As a customer, I'm on my umpteenth chance in life and the TSA is still there for me and my family. Thank you. And to God be the glory.”

“I really enjoyed shopping here this past Saturday. Their prices are on the steeper end, but it makes sense since the quality of their clothes and shoes are often new with tags or very gentility warn mid/high end items. They often have sales which is nice too. The store was not busy when I went. I ended up with a brand new with tags pair of Colombia athletic shorts for $6. I love that shopping here is supporting a mission to help survivors of Domestic Violence. I look forward to coming back soon.”

“The selection is not on a large scale. Mostly clothes. They seem to have nice furniture, clothes are reasonably priced and appear clean. Not much for decor. Staff has always been friendly. Store is clean. Parking is in lot across alley way. Nice quick stop. It's nice to drop off gently used/unwanted items for donations.”

“Salvation Army is an organization that does a lot of good. That is the only reason giving 4 stars. I like that they do not collect sales tax when purchasing their donations. Store is large and spacious but not the best location on Nebraska near Bearss. The parking lot is well marked and large but typically busy. Sadly they have followed the trend of thrift stores to raise prices near retail levels without the same return rights. This store is one of the best for new looking furniture as believe get direct furniture store donations. Books and exercise equipment are priced as used. Electronics were organized and power outlets available for testing, pricing varied. I saw shoes at 12.99 and clothing 7-8 dollars but many low end store brands that you can buy new for a couple dollars more and would avoid. The clothing was organized by type and color so need to go through a lot to find your size. They do have fitting rooms which is a plus. Housewares were organized by color and priced on the upper end and some had stickers from stores like Marshalls with the SA price being nearly the same. Not worth a special trip in my opinion but if you are in the area may want to check out as at least three other thrift stores nearby.”

The ladies were not so nice as they walked around shouting repeatedly and sternly that they were closing soon. It was a bit intimidating and unexpected around 5:30 on a Saturday. But otherwise! Love this place!”
“This location has the best items .Prices are reasonable. The employees are really helpful and sweet, amazing customer service skills. There's an operation manager named Jose, he's awesome, very intelligent, always helpful, and looks out for his employees ...100 stars ? for Jose and 100 stars ? for Sunshine thrift store it's truly the best location around the Tampa Bay Area...I definitely recommend anyone looking for great stuff and for a great price stop in and check it for yourself you won't be disappointed.”

“Well located on the main thoroughfare...plenty of parking spaces in front of the store ..Inside Facility there is a large inventory of clothing for all ages...also has many many articles of household items-articles on shelves...Bought 5 prs of men's summer short pants in my size...pricing on items was reasonable..Staff was available to help-answer customer questions, remarks and with items they intend to purchase.
The entire session at this facility was a pleasant experience.”

“People complain about the prices but the place is always full and the line to pay remains super long. This store has an impressive inventory to choose from. There are several colored discount tags every day. I just wish they accepted card payments.”
“After reading most of the reviews, I’m gonna give mine. I have been Thrifting since the 70s, so I know my stuff. I personally like the red white and blue thrift stores. The complaints I hear about our cash only which I do also find a little annoying new dressing room, which is never a problem for me, I always wear my clothes. I can always find somewhere in the store at the Hills store found a mirror took off my top and just had my sports bra and white shorts on the clothes I wanted bought two dresses for about $15. I come from the days when there were no dressing room and you only had a mirror so This was no problem for me. The prices are not the greatest and not the worst. Suspect the people that are complaining about the prices want to turn around and sell the stuff on eBay. And because of this, I’ve seen the prices at all thrift stores going up, Goodwill, Salvation Army, and true stores. I personally like autism, but my only advice would be I would not use the ATMs outside of the store.”
