AL TREATED LIKE A HUMAN BEING AND MORE MERCIFUL THAN ANY CAR DEARLINGS , WHAT ONE ME OVER WAS THE RESPECT AS A BLACK WOMAN AND MR AL AND THE MECHANIC . I KNOW BUT A USE CAR I WON'T COMPLAIN BUT THE LORDD HAS BEEN GOOD TO ME . THIS IS A BUY HERE PAY HERE WHAT ALSO TOUCH ME WAS MR AL MADE SURE THE CAR WAS OK BEFORE I DROVE OFF THE LOT I GIVE THE GLORY TO GOD . I KNOW I HAVE TO KEEP UO THE MANTAINCE AND DO REPAIRS I AM OK WITH THAT IT IS BETTER THAN TAKING UBER AND DEPENING ON THERS

They sold me a car that looks like they took it out of the trash and it's bad. I've changed the tires 4 times in 5 months. It has a horrible defect and they don't want to respond to me.

This is absolutely the worst place to buy a car from…
When I got the car, it was an error on their behalf on the tag tax and title amount.the next week I had to pay and extra $150 out of nowhere. Then the very next day already having problems and they don’t wanna fix it.
So I’m making payments as I’m paying out of my own pocket for repairs…then they towed my car over one payment /$140 and said “give us $1000 fee to get your car back”and they were very rude. Please guys don’t buy a car from there. We should come together and protest on the sidewalks that is not a crime.if anyone feeling mutual like and/or link up with me?

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE, it is a total scam, they gave us a price 6 months later it has gone up about $3000 more than what was agreed with the company.
Justification that the financial one changed, it is a total scam, unfortunately sometimes we are in a hurry and we make many mistakes and this is costing me a lot of money. The cars are in bad condition

My girl and me financed a truck not knowing the problems with it just to find it has a vacuum leak inside the motor and they won't do nothing about so we had to return the truck so for anyone the finance here make sure u bring a mechanic with you cause they'll sell u lemons and won't do nothing about it

Bad business...purchased vehicle for one price, 3 months later they came back asking me to sign a contract for an additional $3,000 to the original agreed purchase price, due to a change in interest. The original contract was written with errors on their behalf and I am paying the price. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Well, the experience I had with them was bad, they explained that the car had problems since I acquired it and I reported it from day one. They sent it to a mechanic in Plant City who kept it for 3 days and did nothing to it. Then I returned to the lot. car to tell him that the problem was not resolved, they only delayed him until they fixed something that wasn't. After that, I left things like that and I took care of buying the parts and fixing it on my own. After that, I spoke several times with the secretary who I would start paying for the car every two weeks without any problem with them charging me the surcharges for my method of payment, which was more convenient. The funny thing is that I had paid for it like this for 3 weeks and the fourth they ordered the car for me because I had to pay the 150 that I had to pay for them. I called and the owner says that there is never talk of paying for the car every two weeks and that if he couldn't pay it weekly that it wasn't his problem ?
I told him that the problem was not that it made me more comfortable that he should pay the surcharge however he earned, but well, he didn't talk to me until they took the car that I needed to pay it weekly and not every two weeks, I would have understood if He needed the weekly payments but like everything they are not professionals and they do not have the ethics to talk to their clients to get more normal money from them but to close the story he makes me a call that he wants the key and if there is no problem I will take it to him as soon as possible. I can and he says yes, why else will I continue charging him for the car if I don't have the key but what about my license plate and belongings when ?
In the end there are places that as a buyer you have to be careful and this is one of them if you don't believe me be victims and see I will only say many blessings to everyone at 3D Motor
