I wanted to share and say a HUGE THANKS to the night employees Lakisha and Karina. I drive for Lyft/Uber and it was really late June 5-6th and needed to use the restroom. Even though it was closed they allowed me. I was waiting for awhile before I could leave and they allowed me to stay in the store where I was safe. The store was so clean!!! I know now when I am driving in this area I can come back here for a short break and know I will be safe. Awesome job guys! This is the prime example of superior customer service.

Katelyn, the manager, and Nikki, the store clerk were both FABULOUS!! After going to 2 other gas stations that wouldn't help me pump my gas (I'm disabled,) Katelynn and Nikki came through for me!! I was so happy, it made me cry happy tears! They even brought me some water from the soda fountain bc I was overwhelmed by heat. Nikki listened to me vent for a couple minutes and was just so kind and warm. She looked me directly in the eye and lifted my mood with her kind words. What a wonderful, genuine employee!! I wish I could give these two ladies more than 5 stars each! Thanks so much for your empathy and help, Katelyn and Nikki! ?

Fix the air pump for tires please. I had to pay twice for it when it still did not pump the psi I needed. Not satisfied. I work hard for every dollar I make. You could have at least put an out of order sign to let us know. Instead it's skimping people. All in all I have one more star instead of just 1 because the gas pumping was on point ?

I come here often to refill after Bible Study on Sunday. Gas pricing is usually fair compared to other nearby places. The inside is kept clean and the place is well-stocked with fresh items. Counter service is usually pretty quick. Like many Thorntons though the place can get pretty busy, more than once there were zero available pumps when I pulled in. The corner it's located on also isn't the most convenient as left turns aren't allowed on Gunn Hwy at the intersection.

Competing with 1 other place for the best gas prices in the area, Thorntons has 24 covered pumps and usually no waiting for an open gas pump.A large store area with all the usual convenience items the rushed traveler needs. They keep busy with the endless parade of customers looking for gas, snacks, prepackaged meals, beer, wine, smokes, lottery, candy, coffee and beverages.Quick and easy access, good gas prices and a clean environment. Restroom also available. Win win.
