Happy New Year!!! Best view of every firework show across the bay! This hotel is where it's at. We drove in from NC and arrived late, which Esteban assured us was no issue at all and he was here and greeted my husband when we arrived. He was extremely accommodating. We had a small ringing sound in the room that wasn't going away. 1 call to the front desk and Valentina sent up the amazing technician (didn't catch his name) who was in and out in less than 5 minutes resolving the ringing issue. Parking is convenient and the parking garage takes you straight to your room floor. The beds are comfy and the pillows and blankets were like cuddling up in a cloud. The Microfiber robe was a complete delight. I will be getting one. Which leads me to mention that all of their luxury items, including the robes, are available for purchase to have the luxury experience continue when you get home. 10 out of 10 would recommend The Westin to anyone looking for a great experience.Rooms: The room was very comfortable. Best view of the Bay and the Buccaneers Stadium!Nearby activities: 15 min drive to Clearwater Beach!Walkability: You can walk the whole Bay! It is beautiful!Food & drinks: Bahama Breeze is literally .4 miles away and did not disappoint. Amazing view and water seating available as well.

Checked in Dec 3rd after 11pm. First room the mattress pad had old bedbug activity. The 2nd room had blood stains on the sheets. The 3rd room also had blood stains. I was advised by the receptionist Management and housekeeping would be in touch with me. After waiting over 3 weeks I had to call them. I took pictures of all 3 incidents. They did refund my money but very disappointed with no one reaching out to me about 3 different rooms. I also have pictures of all 3 rooms.Rooms: No guest should have to go too 3 different rooms in one night.

It’s an old hotel located at beautiful site but right aside of highway. The noise from highway bothers us, and the air conditioning is old and noisy too. And, the air conditioner blows air from fan right above head position on bed. And, after we check in, there are staff came in to install thermostat sensor twice which is not very professional. And, the room does not have fridge as a 4 star hotel?

Room was not clean, and it's very noisy and hard to sleep. Check-out staff doesn't even care customer's experience/feedback. After i told her my bad experience, she was like alright, you are all checked out, have a nice day.

Stayed here for a work trip. The staff were really nice and helpful. They don't have an airport shuttle but have a free ride option with Lyft if you ask the front desk. The room was clean and cozy. They actually have a really nice restaurant downstairs and a Starbucks. I wish there were a few more restaurants in the area. I stayed on the 11th floor and the views were amazing of the water. I would stay here again

I DJ'd a holiday party in their rooftop ballroom. Tiffany, the events manager was a pleasure to work with. She gave me all the details to make loading my equipment up to the rooftop a breeze. The valets made parking simple. The whole staff was awesome. The views of Tampa Bay are spectacular. Great spot to throw your event!

My fiancé and I were looking at the Westin as a possible venue for our wedding. We had the pleasure of working with Ms. Tiffany Hughes to relay information and show us their available spaces.It was truly a gorgeous venue. We decided to go with a different option for it better suited what we were looking for. But the Westin was a very close second. (Not an easy decision to make).I just wanted to make it know how remarkable the service was here and how special they made our experience.

Stayed here for one night and it was pretty good. It’s an older hotel but the room was pretty clean for the most part. It was a great night sleep on the comfortable bedding. Also had a great bay view.Parking was $20, which felt steep for the hotel, but at least the same elevator services the garage and the rooms, so that was convenient.

The hotel was nice but unfortunately I have to rate it 1 star & possibly a safety issue. Last night someone was trying to get in my room through the main door in the middle of the night around 3am. This morning as I’m getting ready for check out someone starts aggressively trying to get in my room through the side door that connects the other room. They tried once waited a few minutes and then started trying a second time to get in. Super scary! If you stay at this hotel make sure you have all doors locked and that you put the extra latch on main door.

Really awful customer service at the front desk. The employee provided zero information about the hotel, for example where the parking garage was or the restaurant or the elevators. No info about the private beach and rentals. As we were walking away he then said oh yea and parking is 20$ .... We already knew that so we weren't surprised but again just terrible customer service.There was simply no Hospitality. The room was sub par for the amount of money. It felt like a prank when we opened the curtain in the room and there was a sliver of window and the rest was just a blank wall covered by the curtain. No mini fridge which they state on the website but I'm not sure why they wouldn't have one in the rooms, Seems like they are commonplace these days and there is a space for one lol.

Great place to stay. Great views of sunrise and sunset. Hotel restaurant with excellent food at reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff.

No pool and the water is not on the beach. You can't swim at all. Understaffed in Restaurant. Overall nice hotel but just know you won't be swimming at all.

Not too sure what all the bad reviews are all about…stayed here for a short weekend getaway and had nothing but a good experience! Room was clean, tidy and spacious. Hotel provided codes for free Lyft rides from the airport (which is less than 10 mins away). About 15-25 mins from downtown Tampa, Clearwater and st Pete. Nice outdoor terrace where you can read a book, have a meal etc. Hotel also has a gym, bikes for rent and a small “beach” area with lounge chairs. Hotel also has a full service Starbucks inside. Overall decent stay that costs less than other hotels in the area. Solid choice!

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway with my hubby! Loved having the parking garage and not having to go through the hotel to get to our room. The view was gorgeous and there was the cutest beach. If you don't want to eat at the hotel Bahama Breeze is right up the road!Rooms: Super clean!

So the front desk staff all of them 10/5! They all are very welcoming and go above and beyond.The only ding I had was my refrigerator didn't work in my room, the TV middle of watching dimmed out and went off, and the towels were dirty.The property parking is very tight so beware in advance if you are self parking.I went to the aqua restaurant for breakfast since my rate included it and was denied any meals.While the staff is awesome I will pass on staying again.
