Very unorganized, the employees seem like they hate their jobs sadly and aren't very helpful. Would recommend any other store but this one. You'll be in line for awhile..

This store never open on time I was waiting for 12 minutes due to opening and two other people was waiting as well drove away after 15 minutes.

The whole staff at this location truly goes above and beyond to help their customers! The store manager, Karissa, has done everything she possibly can, including driving to another store, to help print materials for me - they are all truly the best!

Whoever the female manager was today, she was so rude. I could tell the associate helping me was on his first day and needed help. She was very dismissive to both myself and the employee. I’ll stick to Whole Foods when I need to make Amazon returns lol

I was asked if I wanted a ceramic, breakable item wrapped. What? Then, she threw some bubble wrap around it, no tape or securing of any kind, put the three items in the box with lots of room for the breakable to roll around and roll out of its untaped bubble wrap. I expected professional wrapping. Wow. Never again. She couldn't have cared any less.

I order from Amazon a lot and I'm often returning via UPS, so I'd say I'm a frequent flyer at this location. Outside of grand opening week, I've never waited longer than 5 minutes to be assisted and generally have a pretty "in and out" experience. The staff has been friendly and knowledgeable. No complaints here!

5 Stars is understatement. Maybe anything less must have caught some one on a bad day but this store is amazing. I had to ship a baby bed that had the management struggling to find the cheapest way for me to ship it. The solution was uninsured and hope for the best. The amount of thought and effort that went into properly packaging this bed for me was way above and beyond. The box came in a bit beat up from being shipped international, but the product inside was in MINT condition. Thank you so much, I forgot the name, but I assume you remember the snoo. Thank you so much for the way you packaged this for me.

Store closed prematurely ahead of their advertised time. I called repeatedly and no one answered the phone. I was at the door before closing time. I will NEVER give this store my business. I just moved here and I ship almost daily. This franchise has no customer service.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.. called at 415pm asked if they had a notary, they said yes.. until 6pm. I said I would be there at 455. I was there at 451.. the gentleman left to go on an errand for his boss. He said "he writes my check so when he says jump.. I say how high" wow. what about the customer?

I went to this location to buy stamps, but I was told I couldn't buy them individually, only a sheet of them for $15. Then they forgot to give the sheet to me while I was purchasing other items.
