Came in the idea that I had to spend $200+ to replace the subwoofer on a Mackie 824HR MKII. Just to be greeted with a friendly and smiley telling I only needed to replace a part that cost 1/20th of my original expectation repair price. Amazing service !

I had a B&W DB4S sub with the LFE RCA jack snapped off in the back. Experienced Speaker repair shops in the Denver area wouldn't touch it. I thought it might not be repairable. Luckily, I came across the Speaker Exchange. I mailed it in and their technician Eric fixed it up better than new with gold RCA jacks for a very reasonable price. I received my sub back in perfect condition and couldn't be happier!

A little grumpy. Perhaps it is my own assumption, and not the company’s fault, but I feel they were not perfectly open.
I had two smoked JBL subwoofer drivers. Somehow, the magnets were cracked (not loaning my subs out again - my mistake). I contacted Speaker Exchange in a frenzy, praying somebody had these drivers in stock.
I was told they had three in stock, but to check their website for shipping. I was also told that any shipments ordered before 1:00pm would normally be shipped same day. There was no information on their website about origin, so I had no choice but to believe they would be shipping from Florida. I ordered at 11:30am.
Fast forward two days and I had not received any shipping notification, so I called. They stated they drop shipped, and my heart sank - I thought these were in stock. They gave me a tracking number, but it didn’t register on UPS.
The parts finally were received by UPS, in California (not Florida). I’m in Michigan. The parts will not be here until the middle of next week, and I have a show Sunday.
Had I known this was the situation, I would have paid expedited shipping. I feel I was given bad information all around.
Don’t get me wrong - their prices are very reasonable. They are responsive. I just feel they aren’t clear.

If you want disappointment and promises not kept this is definitely the place to bring your equipment to be repaired.... They talk a good game but no follow through !!! I have been in the music industry many years and own a sizable entertainment company and thought these people at The Speaker Exchange, after talking with them, meant what they said.. I was wrong!!! Unprofessional & empty promises is what was received..... I suggest to keep looking to find a real equipment repair shop..... to avoid the hassle!!! Gary St P

I recently purchased tweeters for my Focal 826V W 30th Anniversary edition from Speaker Exchange. There was a question about which version fit the speakers. Apparently Focal came out with a new version TA255, which Speaker Exchange had. I was dealing with Melissa, who went above and beyond to contact Focal to make certain this was the right one. It was a pleasure dealing with this company. Their pricing was very reasonable and shipping was fast and safely packaged. The best part is that my speakers now sound better than ever! I highly recommend them for any replacement parts you might need.

I got a great deal on klipsch Cornwall I’s from 1981. When I got them home, they sounded terrible. No bass. I took them to speaker exchange and all they could find wrong was both diaphragms in the mid range drivers were torn. I couldn’t believe that that would cause the problem. They told me they tested everything and it was all to factory specs and that these speakers will sound like the day they were new. I almost took them to another shop but I paid them the $140 and took them home and was amazed. Best sounding speakers I’ve ever owned. Speaker exchange is incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy and fair priced. Highly recommend.
