The manager she is a nice person she treat you with respect. The lady that take care of the rooms she is very nice and the guys. The rooms clean and they don’t boder you for nothing. I love itRooms: Clean and niceFood & drinks: We have everything close here , pizza restaurant, I hop etc

It's a half way decent place to stay if you are between houses. Staff were all friendly, the place allows pets so that helped us out. This isn't a 5 star hotel so keep that in mind, it's good for what you pay.Safety: Saw alot of drug selling going on right out in the open.

Buyer beware this place is a scam filthy with cockroaches roaches are all throughout the property. Housekeeping old lady is spiteful and extremely combative swearing and insulting while she yells. Front desk staff actually took a personal phone call as I was checking in. I bought a kitchenette unit and the stove didn’t work and microwave was missing. They didn’t offer me any money back or to change rooms. Lots of loud dogs on property and with all the drug dealers making nightly deals I’m surprised the FBI isn’t posted up there. Place should be condemned and I am assuming that there is some child and human trafficking going on there. Do not rent from here unless you are absolutely desperate. You have been warned.Rooms: Filthy not cleaned mopped or disinfectedSafety: If the staff doesn’t threaten you the crack dealers and drugged out guest will.

This is the most crooked hotel that I have ever been to. I am disabled and on SSI. They charge 1450 a month for supposly the remodeled suits. That's hilarious ?????. It's infested with roaches, worms and bedbugs from day one. My husband and I just found out that we have been exposed to live mold which I saw on the roof and shower, but you never really believe that it truly is live mold until you get diagnosed by a specialist with exposure and told that you may endure problems in regards to this situation throughout your entire life. Wait until you hear this!!!! The lady in the office who's name is Kelley has been robbing the place blind with the assistance of many other employees in which when Kelley and I was so called," friends" she laughed about many terrible things that they have done to people and she said that she isn't worried about being caught or fired because the person who's the head of this organized fraud, her name is Shardeia I'm not sure of the spelling is the General manager for this hotel and American suits and either related or extremely close to the person who either owns or are in charge of the hotels in which has proven to be true because even though they are now pretending that Kelley and the other Spanish woman that works in the office has been fired for stealing my money and several others money who's disabled and not able to defend themselves properly, they still left behind Sharde whom I heard conversations between her and Kelley about how much each person involved will get, where they are going to meet up at an Amscot so that Kelley could give this Sharde lady who's the leader of the entire thing her cut of the money they have been stealing away from the hotel so nobody else can accidentally see and they NEVER FIRED HER, A PIG NAMED TINA WHOM IF YOU KEEP READING ALL THESE RESULTS SHE'S MOSTLY THE REASON THAT NOBODY WILL GIVE THIS SCUMMY HOTEL A GOOD RATING BECAUSE SHE'S SEEN ALL HOUR'S OF THE MORNING MEETING HER METH DEALER NEXTDOOR BEHIND THE BANK OR BIG LOTS PARKING LOT AND SHE HAS NO RESPECT OR PROFESSIONALISM TO THE CUSTOMERS WHO'S KEEPING THIS PLACE OPEN . SHE WILL WALK AROUND WEARING A SHIRT THAT REPRESENTING THE PARC STAFF AND I WATCHED HER PERSONALLY USE RACIAL REMARKS AND CALL CUSTOMERS EVERY NASTY NAME IN THE BOOK RATHER THEIR AN ADULT OR CHILD FOR STOPPING HER WITH

Just moved in a couple days ago, but so far it's been very nice. The pool area is clean, the people who run it seem to be nice, and it's a very family friendly environment as far as I can tell. The room is spacious and the little kitchenette is cute.

I stayed here for almost a year in one of the remodeled units.Nice rooms (I never liked that the kitchenette and bed are too close to each other) but for the little space they had, they had to make it work. Any problem I encountered that was related to my unit; it was fixed right away. I liked the area this place is located at.I gave four stars because some of the people who live there are just dirty and dirty up the complex by letting their pets use the restroom wherever and don’t clean up after it.. no one enjoys walking down a stairwell with dog poop and pee in it. Also some of the kids constantly playing outside around peoples vehicles, my windshield was cracked and I was left to have to file a claim on my insurance.This place would be better if they didn’t allow pets and didn’t allow kids to run recklessly around the complex.

LOOK NO FURTHER!!!..I hardly ever leave reviews..l can count on all my 42 years on how many times l have literally..but l just had to leave this one..because this place is like a HIDDEN GEM!!!and l really wanted to let others know as well..so you can some money and some time looking,because l know how stressful that can be..and this place has all the accomodations my Family and l could even ask for..they have clean and comfortable rooms at an affordable price,an IHOP right there beside of them, literally the shortest walking distance ever,and then to put the icing on the cake,they have a Beautiful Sparkling pool,one for you,and one for the kids,which my kids absolutely love..especially being that it stays open till 9..so l can get a late night swim in or just relax..it's just such a peace here that l really can't explain..this place is very well kept..and the property manager Kelly is one of the BEST property managers l have ever met..she is Professional,Caring,and really made me feel welcome from the very start..my Family and l are truly Blessed and Grateful to have found a place such as this!Food & drinks: IHOP..Sushi spots.. Burger King..McDonald's

They put people that do drugs and stay up all night next to people who have to wake up early in the morning to work. very disrespectful host they should keep the loud people on one side and the people who actually work and wake up early on the opposite side of the hotel but no they don’tthis is the third time I’ve stayed here and the third time this disrespect happened I will never stay here again they need to replace (fire) the manager lady I kept calling her to have her tell these people to quit with all the nose at 10:30pm but each time different weeks she did nothing to help . I even walked around the hotel to see all the empty rooms and she said they were all full and she couldn’t change my room what a rude lying bleep she was

Pools clean, even if the ladder in the deep end remains broken.Can't follow pool rule 1, shower before entering, as shower not functional. So I hope they like spending extra on chemicals
