Nice place with good ambience! The ladies Jonna and Jannie is the office are always nothing but helpful when anything is needed. Jamie and Nathan in maintenance are always very kind and quick to the job. Highly recommend this community!

I've lived here for years and love it! Any time I have a maintenance request, the team is on it immediately. Within 12 hours of notifying the team that my water heater was leaking, Jonna had Jaime and Nate come out and completely replace the unit. I was impressed and so grateful for the quick turnaround!

I have lived at the Oaks on Azeele for about 3 years now. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond and is generally flexible with scheduling fixes. Jonna and her team have always been helpful.Overall most people seem to keep to themselves, and its a fairly priced, great location in south tampa.
