We loved this store since the first time we visited Tampa and was excited to come back since we are in town from Chicago. This time around our visit was not as pleasant. Upon entering we greeted the only sales rep that was there to which we did not receive a response. Didn’t think much of it but as we walked around the store not once were we asked if we needed assistance. I go to check out and no interaction. Just walked out saying “have a great day”. Again, no response. A wonderful sales rep was my reasoning for coming back here and I wish I would have had the same experience this time around. Such a cute shop that deserves to have top notch customer service.

The food and treat options are incredible. I love bringing my dog there because she is so welcome by the staff. It is the best place to bring your little fur baby to spoil them.

Great pet store! Cute, clean, friendly, and well stocked. It has all sorts of natural chew options for dogs and I love that they have a small bulk section for treats!

It doesn't get any better than The Modern Paws! Ben, Lisa, and their staff go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, research-backed pet food, quality toys, and an extremely clean self-service dog wash area. I found this place over 5 years ago and I'm so thankful I did. My dog was having some health issues back then and I was interested in switching her food. After many conversations with Ben and Lisa, they gave me all of the information I could ever need on the different brands of food that they carry and why, etc so I ended up going with Answers Pet Food and it was the best decision I ever made for my dog's health. She is now 9 years old and in perfect health all thanks to her diet! Whether it's a special or last minute order, The Modern Paws makes it happen every time. They always make sure everything is in stock and would even deliver my orders to my doorstep. Ben and Lisa genuinely care about your pets and it shows in every way. Thank you guys!!

We love Modern Paws! Aside from the fact that they carry amazing brands that are actually good/safe for your pup to eat, they always treat our lil pup with kindness. They always give him treats and chat with us while we shop. So lucky to have both of their locations within walking distance!

Wandering around the plaza and saw this cute little space. Stopped in and found a few treats for the fur babies. They devoured their cookies! Glad we stopped in.

I wish more businesses ran like this. Great products, great vibe, great customer service and great prices. Another bonus is the Staff is very helpful with a range of doggy issues.

We visited the location at Sparkman wharf. Such a cute store for the animal lover. They have everything you could possibly imagine to spoil your fur baby and make them happy!
