The worst place I have seen. Very expensive productos. The shoppers have very bad behaviours. Don't go... The try to misconfuse you. They don't provide receipt and you never can change items

This store is amazing both for its products and for its design and atmosphere. It is an opportunity to get closer to Tampeña culture from different points of view, all original and quality. Crafts, agricultural products and textiles coexist without distance.

What a unique store and great concept. I'malways looking for different gift ideas that are one of a kind and hand made. Love to support small vendors so when I walked into the store was pleased to see local merchandise displayed beautifully under one roof. The merchandise is adorable and well crafted and may I add at a great price. It will definitely be added as one of my favorite places to shop.Whoever came up with this idea...well done! I've already asked my hubby for a gift card from there for my birthday...Lol. ❤️❤️❤️

What a great concept! So glad to see a storefront is the mall helping small maker business owners. I picked up all my father's day gifts, got something for the dogs and my daughter's birthday. I'll be back again soon!

I wanted to take a second because my boyfriend and I truly love this store to leave a review. I read a couple of reviews about visitors feeling like they're being discriminated against due to the employees offering to hold their items. While understandable, I don't believe this was their goal as both my boyfriend and I look white and have been offered on numerous occasions by different associates on different visits if we wanted them to hold our items at the counter. With that being said, I truly love this store, and we drive from Lakeland (45 minutes - 1 hour) to visit at least once a month. I think it's a fantastic experience to shop in 100 small shops and see the diversity of products. We love that products are continually changing, so every experience is different. We also love those employees that remember our faces and greet us everytime while sharing new finds throughout the store.Truly an incredible experience, and we are so excited to continue to see them grow!

I love shopping at The Maker and Merchant any time I am in Tampa! I've found so many unique items there - from jewelry for me, to t-shirts for my Little Sister (Big Brothers Big Sisters), to delicious sweet treats for my husband, and a great hat! I found a beautiful serving tray for our home in Indiana that reminds me of the Tampa Bay area between visits! This store has something for any occasion, and I love the staff in the store. They offer just the right amount of guidance while I'm shopping and are efficient and kind when it is time to check out!

Had a similar experience as squeaky adventures. Was shopping with my friend and they approached me to get my items and hold them up front while my friend who is white, they let her carry her items until she was done shopping. They also followed me throughout the store the whole time and not anyone else. This isn’t the first time, other Hispanic friends have had similar experiences in the Tampa store. Do not recommend going in if you’re not white.

As my husband and I chose a product & started carrying it, going through the store after 5 min. An employee went to me, to ask if she could hold it for us. (Mind you, there was plenty of customers in the store carrying their chosen product… & coincidentally we where the only latinos in the store). As well, I did had my worst shoes on, since they where dirty… so I guess my appearance didn’t “fit” their regular customer & may have gave them a negative impression over my character & for that matter may be the reason to “help us” by hold the merchandise.Definitely didn’t felt to great on my first visit & made me feel belittled. Hopefully there could be something to change such approach for future customers & diversity training.Would give 0 ⭐️ stars, but google doesn’t have that feature.

A crazy cute mall within the mall, full of charming mini boutiques all from the Tampa area. I would absolutely come to Citrus Park mall just to shop here!
