Where do I even start. The walls are absolutely paper thin. You can hear anything and everything outside the halls and you can literally hear your upstairs neighbor walk from one side of their place to the other. Overpriced, cheaply made, and has a big cockroach problem.
Update: they came for the cockroach pest control today. Luckily this time I only found 3 roaches in my apartment tonight. Wooohoo!
Update: There is literal gaps in my back door leading to the outside balcony where you can see the sun coming through the door. They came and roto rooted my toilet and completely damaged it causing permanent "skid marks" see photo attached. Then, refused to fix said issue. These people are as bad as it gets and I work in this industry. Avoid this place at all costs. They will do the bare minimum with a smile on their face. I am getting my attorney involved... yes it is that bad. Something that could be fixed in 5 minutes will never be fixed. They will lie to you and say they ordered supplies to fix said issues and then ignore your phone calls until you confront them in the office. Jasmine told me she would be fine with having gaps in her back door leading to a sketchy alley way just like I do. This place is a joke.

I had a 10/10 experience at the foundry!! It was such a great place to live, the management was always helpful and friendly if I ever had a concern or question. From move in to move out everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend!!

I moved into the Foundry last year and loved living in my studio. It was the perfect size with plenty of storage. The apartment building is brand new, so everything is top notch. Very close to popular places in Tampa and right by the highway. They have great amenities including the pool, club house area, and gym - all are very well maintained. Unfortunately, 8 months after moving in, a life event came up where I had to move out of my apartment as soon as possible. Andrew was my go to guy since I first moved in, he helped me tremendously throughout my situation and I couldn’t thank him enough. Also a huge thank you to Joshua and Richman Signature Properties who also helped me SO MUCH. I could never thank any of you enough but please know how truly thankful I am for all of your effort and reassurance throughout my situation. Not only is The Foundry an amazing place to live, but the people that work there including the company as a whole really care about their tenants. What more could you ask for when choosing somewhere to live?? THANK YOU!

My experience with the property manager at Joshua has been outstanding! He excels in communication, promptly address any concerns, and got me a resolution in not time to the issue I was having with my unit. Coming from someone who’s very neutral and has realistic expectations for an apartment complex - This place is conveniently located, has modern amenities that are well-maintained (pool, comfortable lobby, coffee bar, courtyard, rec room, office space, etc.), clean bathrooms, and responsive maintenance/management). The parking garage is definitely dirty from construction, but besides that there’s few things that will even remotely bother you. The area is fine. My roommate (26/F) walks her dog at sundown all the time. I really do like this place a lot. A lot of the value comes from peace of mind knowing that if there were an issue to arise, it would be resolved in a timely manner.
Andrew the manager/leasing agent is outstanding. From day 1 he’s made his rounds throughout the building, giving tours, helping residents, answering questions, and even covering for his colleagues while they attend other properties. He’s the face of the building and pleasure to get to know. He understands what needs to be done to ensure good experiences here and upholds great professionalism. Super nice guy too.
I recommend this place.. truly. The prices are on the higher end.. but where aren’t they? Take this as a review that’s not emotion-driven and comes from someone with realistic expectations. This place exceeds them.. plain and simple.
