The Dugout Car Wash & Detailing is bye far the best all around! They take so much pride in their work. Gorky the head Detailer along with the staff and the head of the office was not only super professional, but kind, and they made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. They went above and beyond for me. You won't find another detailing company like this! Their prices and work are one of a kind. Not gonna lie, at first I was a little doubtful about hiring them. I was looking to take my car to a shop and when i called they said that at the moment they are currently mobile, but they did pick up and delivery and they had other locations they could meet me at of their auto shops. But nothing that would be too. Comfortable for me at the moment due to the pandemic. So i took chance I was a little uncomfortable of having someone come to my house. Its something new to me. Having that luxury of Calling for something to get done and they come to your house. He later Expressed to me due to unfortunate events of his run in with very grimy, and some not so good people/ customers that seem to have made his professional life a bit difficult, that he decided to go take his car wash and detailing mobile for now which. I am so grateful though because if not I would have never met him. Their prices and work are one of a kind. Your not going to get this quality of work for their prices anywhere else I was shocked to find out at how insanely expensive everyone else is compared to them, and on top of that some of them even charge you a fee for "Mobile Services" I guess that's to secure your appointment but that's crazy anyway. They spent the whole day working on my car and left it as if it was brand new. I could not believe it. This was my way of starting a new year a new clean car! Great people and even better product! Gorky and his son completed an amazing interior and exterior detail of my car. They made sure I was comfortable and kept me laughing during my wait there as well. My goal is to keep my car this clean for as long as possible but will certainly be back to the Dugout when it's time again. Thanks for everything guys!!

Hands down the BEST car detailing place in Tampa! I have been to many detailing places in Tampa. They exceeded my expectations! They went above and beyond to complete the job. They went above and beyond what I asked them to do. They had to strip the seats out, drain water that was in my car. They did a thorough job....cleaned my seats, flooring, the interior of the car looked like a brand new car. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Trust me you will not regret it. I plan on going back for my ongoing detailing needs.

Had my car detailed here to include carpet shampoo. They exceeded my expectations. I was a bit caught off guard at first because they do not have signs up yet and the cleaning is done behind the gas station/mart but I’m glad I came because when they were done my car was cleaner than when I bought it at a dealership.

Took my car to them after getting similar quotes from several shops. I was impressed at the level of effort he said he would put into the job, removing the seats to shampoo the carpet et cetera. They took all day, and were just doing the wax at 8 PM. Had difficulty with the wax, claiming it was due to bad previous waxing. I ended up leaving before the entire wax job was finished, having wiped down one side myself. I am doubtful that I would return there for service.

Best ever brought my 2015 Kia they did a full detail it ended up like new the best part they took me home and picked me back up ... Now there the only one who Will touch my cars
