It was the most horrible experience I've ever had. ? We couldn't get into the mall by car. The roads were blocked and backed up for hours due to traffic. We were trapped in our cars, couldn't even get out of there.

They keep going through groomers. Also, we just found out they do not require your dog to have updated shot records so now we need to find another groomer.
