I visited this salon about 2 months ago when first moved to the area. From the initial visit, the team at the salon were always polite to me and very attentive. I met Sylvia and was happy with her service and pleasant personality that I decided to take the leap and schedule an appt (this past Sunday) to do a balayage after 4 years of not dyeing my hair. Sylvia not only is so polite, sweet, and caring but she has a tremendous amount of talent into her passionate work. She is an expert at what she does and it showed in my finished hair results. I am AMAZED at how beautiful the balayage turned out and I couldn’t thank Sylvia and the team at this salon more than giving a mom a much needed makeover. I am so impressed I can’t stop raving about this salon and Sylvia. This salon and the team has won me as a forever client now, I can’t wait for my family members appointments with sylvia and the team at the beauty lounge!

A lovely salon with so much to offer! Krystal is the perfect stylist for my daughter's long curly locks. She's precise down to the last curl :) I went in for a cut (long to short) and color-correct from years of at-home DIY. A lot going on for the first visit. Should have done a consult before. Great experience overall, def. recommend.

This place is just fantastic!!!! I was a walk-in and they made time for me that moment. Pil did my hair and I was just in a funk and walked out with a whole new hair style and incredibly happy with both my new look and with how nice and amazing she was during my whole time there.
Tons of people can give you a hair cut, not everyone can do it WELL and be so amazing and caring. Thank you to this awesome spot, I’ll see y’all for the next appt :)

I went to color my hair here and I really wanted to like it buuut they ended up giving me bleach burns on the back of my head. The photos don’t really show the burns too well as it’s covered by hair and I tried to take them myself. But the wound was bleeding for a few days.
I reached out to them, they said they could give me a hair conditioning treatment. THEY GAVE ME BLEACH BURNS AFTER I SPENT $400 HERE! Why would I want that when I went to a salon with licensed stylists and got chemical burns.
I’ve been ok with bleach for like 3 years and my scalp has always been good until I went to them.
The reason people go to salons is because they don’t want to risk the integrity of hair and scalp and to have professionals do it but there was definitely negligence here - I shouldn’t have weeping wounds leaving the salon. Pretty bad reception of this news by the receptionist as well lol. Do better.

This salon is lovely and staff are friendly and professional. Zoé did a lovely job on mani/pedí. She took her time and special care with gel polish. I’m delighted with results and highly recommend.
