Paul and his Team got us to close when multiple others couldn’t. Was the rate higher than others? Yes, but they were my clients final chance at owning at a higher rate for a few years vs renting (and being at 100% interest essentially).Thank you Paul and Team for making it happen. I have had the pleasure of meeting Pat Williams sadden for his loss he was surely a kind helpful human being with sincere compassion , fortunately he leaves behind a wonderful representative and daughter I have had to pleasure to dealt with Loren she is an amazing person extremely helpful prompt with communication goes above and beyond in assisting and does it sincerely and for that reason I am grateful and it is the means of this review you will not be disappointed in this company they are honest reliable respectful and they will honor their clients.

Unsolicited review. I have worked with Pat Williams and his daughter, Loren Morgan of this company for several years. He is experienced, easy to work with, pleasant and honest. I enjoy working with him and Loren. They are the best in the business, in my 20 years of working in mortgages. No exaggeration. No one asked me to post this. Pat died last week and his daughter Loren has taken his place, she is a great person also. Frank is the owner and he is a decent guy, have met him and his wife a few times. I have met a few others at the office but do not know them well enough to comment.

I had 100% equity in my property in Bay County . My credit is below 600 due to past negatives . Getting an equity loan was important to us . Jennifer worked hard to get us a private lender . It was pretty quick and very professionally done . A mobile closing was done . I am impressed by all of the people , and how easy they made this home equity loan .
