Dr. Miranda is great but the office staff and billing department are horrible. I received a bill in October and every time I called to find out why I received the bill I am told someone will call me back. Today is December 31st and I'm still waiting. Have waited 2 weeks for this office to sent paper work to my insurance so I can receive mediciation, have called 5 times in the past 2 weeks and still no fax has been sent over. This is the most unprofessional office I’ve ever dealt with. 2 weeks?!?!
