I fell on a wall, opening up my scalp. It was a bloody mess. I walked in and Dr. Azar did a quick triage in the waiting room, then I was moved to a treatment room. The doctor explained the options, checked protocols, then cleaned the wound. I needed 5 staples to hold my scalp closed. This was done as quickly as possible, while ensuring the treatment was appropriate based on the situation. I'd load some pictures of the wound, but what wants to see that mess?

Excessive wait time with very few patients waiting. Staff seems to be having a bad day or something. Headphones in and needing to clarify information twice as much because she isn’t listening. I asked for water and she stared at the computer and after a 6 second pause she said I’d have to wait. I’m not feeling well and offering water seems like bare minimum. Been waiting upwards of 90 minutes and there’s no queue. People have walked in after me and are all getting called before me. The front desk lady said she’s unsure what order they’re calling them back??? Usually when someone arrives they get seen before a person arriving 30 minutes later?? Front desk makes Mcdonalds customer service look good

Uncaring staffing make any type of treatment here impossible. Plan on them botching lab work and billing incorrectly too. Expect your visit to be unpleasant and it will probably require multiple visits to achieve what should have been a single visit.

Care excellent. Fastrack does not help. 2.5 hours on a Saturday morning. Included 15 min for flu test. Would look for somewhere else

I visited the office because I had a bad cold and was having trouble sleeping due to coughing all night. After a short wait in the waiting room which was very clean and pleasant, the nurse called me in to take my vitals and medical history. The PA then came in and checked my breathing and lungs and ultimately prescribed me a medicine that would decrease my coughing and hacking when I was trying to sleep. Both professionals were very polite and proficient and I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needs medical treatment.

Staff were nice but wait times were long. I did a throat culture and still haven’t received the result. At this point I am not even sick anymore. It was kinda pointless and a waste of money.

I’ve been here several times and each time I visit I see no patients in the waiting room, but for some reason there is always an extended wait. The staff is fine but their lack of urgency is concerning. Overall, not a great experience. When I am feeling ill and make an appointment to see an urgent care provider and go out of my way complete pre-check prior to arriving, I expect to be taken back and seen within 10-15 minutes, not 45-60…

I was in urgent care yesterday around 2:30pm for abdominal pains, and I ended up leaving the clinic at around 6:30pm. There were people that got there after me that went ahead of me because they would be “treated quicker.” I got called to a room finally and talked to the doctor for around 10 minutes only to be sent to the emergency room to find out I needed an emergency appendectomy. My appendix was taken out around 3am. I had a long night in the hospital that could have been shortened if I did not wait for four hours to be seen by a provider. The staff was very nice, however I find it ridiculous the way that the line to be seen works, and it could have been very serious if my appendix would have ruptured in the waiting room.

I verified my pharmacy twice while I was there and the prescriptions still got sent somewhere else. The prescription the doctor filled did not work after the time period needed to be used and I was still experiencing symptoms. I tried to call back twice to see if the doctor can send another prescription and nobody ever got back to me.

On October 20th, 2023 i visited the THG urgent care to do some pre employment blood work. I arrived at 7:57am. When i entered the lobby i was advised by staff that they didnt open until 8am and that I needed to wait outside. When i came back THREE minutes later I was still kept waiting while they logged into their computers and booted them up for the day. It still took another 20 minutes to be called to the back eventhough i was the only patient. The reaults from the blood work should have been available in 48hrs, but days later l still had no results. After many exchanges with the office expressing my concern over the delay and advising that my start date was contingent on the availability of the results I was on several occasions (over the phone and via messages) advised that the results were in process and that everything was on track. On October 7th i finally received a message that my blood work had not been received by the lab in a timely manner and that the sample could not be used. It took three weeks for that update. Luckily I elected to have my testing done with another company when TGH did not produce my results within the expected time, so was able to start work wothout delay. No thanks to TGH!
