Politics aside, Tesla makes a great product. Joel at this location was so helpful and courteous. The issue I had was resolved to my satisfaction. Great start to this journey with EV and Tesla.

Justin was fantastic in answering all our questions and went above and beyond by sharing his direct email, giving us a light show demonstration with cars on the lot, and even finding a Model Y at another Tesla location with better incentives for us. His passion for Teslas was clear through his extensive knowledge and enthusiasm. I also appreciated that the sales team doesn’t work on commission, making the process far less stressful with absolutely no haggling, unlike a traditional dealership. Lastly, I loved that we could test drive on our own without a sales associate, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

I placed a reservation plus $100 for purchasing a Cybertruck at the price of $59.9K. Since they are offering the truck now at $79.9K ($20,000 more) I want to cancel and receive a refund of my deposit. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK WITH ANYONE AT TESLA as I have tried 15 different times. I also tried using email and have never gotten a response in a 2 month period. The online reservation site says they cannot locate my reservation number which is clearly written on my Pre-Order Agreemen. These CHEAP F'ing bastards do not intend to ever refund anyone's deposit. What a crappy business and a crappy CEO, F'ing Musk!!!!!!! NOW SEND MY DEPOSIT TO ME!

Replaced the wrong tire. I needed my front left and rear right tires change, but I had both rear tires changed instead.

I would give this dealership zero stars if I could.
Took my car in for alignment / tire rotation. It was done incorrectly and returned to me with the technicians knowing full well it was wrong. It seems ZERO of my concerns were addressed. Had I have done more research and known Tesla ONLY looks at what you bring it in for, I would've purchased a different EV.
Brought it back a second time and still have the same issues plus more than when I brought it in with. For $450 I would expect it to be perfect, at least by the second time.
From starting with a mild misalignment and steering wheel being off to the left. I now have the same misalignment with my steering wildly off center to the right, my front left tire when my steering wheel it set straight is facing out to the left, and I still have the bounce in one of my tires that was needing to be reviewed.
I've tried calling a few times in the last couples week to set a time to bring it back for a third time but no one has called me back with a time or day. It's apparent to me that they are more than okay with taking your money and returning your car to you in an unsafe driving condition.

During the month I waited for my appointment, I felt apprehension to visit the service center due to some less than stellar reviews. So, when my day arrived, I showed up to my appointment and went inside. The first staff member I came across was Natalie, who is very knowledgeable regarding automotive issues. Since there were no loaners, I chose to remain at the service center waiting for my car. One of the mechanics spoke to me about the issue and explained that the upper front control arms along with the lateral lower front links had to be replaced. My car is only six years old with 28,000 miles so I was surprised to hear the bad news but regardless, I placed my trust in the staff and to make a long story short- surprise- the staff went above and beyond to repair my car the same day and were so kind to me. I have always believed that when you are nice and friendly to people, karma makes sure you receive kindness in return. A heartfelt THANK YOU to Natalie, Miguel and Ismael, consummate professionals that are an asset to the Tesla Service Center in Tampa, Florida. Go with a positive attitude and rest assured that you will receive the BEST care for your car! After a few hours, my beloved Model 3 was ready to be driven away. Tampa Tesla service Center deserves five stars across the board because every staff member I encountered and spoke to was courteous, friendly and a delight. Two thumbs way up! This is Roxanne Reyes by the way- a loyal Tesla customer and US Navy veteran from Puerto Rico residing in Tampa, FL. Gracias y que Dios me los bendiga!

I recently brought my vehicle to this location for servicing. I live in Clearwater and this was quite a long drive for me even though there is a Tesla dealership in St. Pete, approximately 20 mins from where I live. I received a loaner vehicle and was alerted that my vehicle was complete and ready for pick-up the following day. I arrived at the dealership around 6:30pm and went inside the office to get help finding my car. There were two associates in the showroom and one was with a family while the other was on his phone. I approached him and said that I was there to pick up my car. He responds by saying i can locate it on my phone and proceeds to put his head down and continue fiddling with his phone. I tried asking him for help again and his response was that he doesn’t work in the service center. I work in customer service and this person clearly lacks it. I really hope your associates are being properly trained on welcoming customers and assisting their needs instead of dismissing them. I ended up going outside to the parking lot and waving another associate down. He and I walked the parking lot to find my vehicle but initially we didn’t see it. He opened up the Tesla app and sounded the horn. My car was there all along but the front two hubcaps were missing. I was then told that the service team leaves at 6pm everyday and that I would have to come back another day for the hubcaps to be put on.. I did not accept that answer and requested for the issue to be fixed right away. After a few minutes a second gentleman came out and fixed my hubcap issue, which I appreciated. I also relayed to them my frustration and dismay regarding the associate inside the showroom. In the future, I will know better than to bring my vehicle to this location.

It is simply impossible to get anyone on the phone from this dealership. They’ll sell you a $70,000 car but won’t pick up the phone. Good luck.

The service is amazing, people undervalue them! Natalie is the best and is always helpful and knows what she’s doing for being very understaffed, they get it done.

Quick update. Tesla service is just horrible. Just went through another bad experience with the Tesla Tampa dealership.
Everything has to be done through the app but they do not follow their own rules and DO NOT COMMUNICATE well. Three other customers were as frustrated as I was. We were told they are very busy and they apologize for having me wait one hour on the phone. Oh and they misplaced my car key.....very poorly run operation and I have worked with most of Auto companies.
It is a shame the level of their service just does not meet the quality of the car.. I would be ashamed if I was ELON..
Just bought new Model 3. Car has exceeded my expectations but the Tesla process and management at this location leaves a lot to be desired. I will rate each process. Sales people and sale process would be a '5'. Delivery would be at best a 1. Too many deliveries at same time. Poor handling of our delivery as girls left us hanging as they went to other customers. Thank goodness "G' was there and he did the education part about the car. I have worked with dealers in the auto industry on customer service and sales process. If it wasn't for "G" in the process this would be a 1 star.....it was THAT bad...funny thing nobody apologized for the screwups. It does not cost any money to do customer service correctly, it just takes good mgmt and training.

Rude staff and lack of skills in customer service. They failed to replace a single flat tire and told us we’d have to wait until December for a shipment of tires. Love my car, absolutely hate their service center.

Having the absolute worst issue with Tesla these past few months.
Had my car serviced 5 months ago, when it came back, the sensors were off, it gives me proximity alerts all day.
My driver safety score dropped from 98 to 60, and my insurance was secretly increased from $60/mo to $200/mo.
I set up an appointment back in July, and they keep pushing it back, it's now been 4 months and I've been charged $200/mo with no end in sight.
They keep pushing my appointment, and their insurance won't refund me.

I have been a loyal Tesla owner. Multiple vehicles over 10 years. I had grandfathered free charging each time I purchase a new one.
My vehicle was just totaled from the hurricane and had to get it out of my house before the car implodes. Even with the flood issues with these cars and fire risk, I still considered buying another one till they told me they would no longer move my free super charger to a possible new purchase
Adios Tesla! Guess client loyalty is not your thing
