As a season ticket holder, I always stop by the store just to see what's available. Not going to lie, the selection is just ok and the prices are a bit expensive. But I think that's the norm for places like this. It's always packed and hard to move around in and when the rack or shelf is out of a size they susualy don't have any extra in the back.They've implemented send checkout kiosks, which I have mixed feelings about, but I guess if I'm going to buy Bics gear might as well do it here and get my season ticket holder discount. I miss the old Bucs and. Ulls Heaven that used to be on Florida Avenue...

FIVE STAR - When in the store customer service is top notch.ONE STAR - Trying to reach anyone on a phone call to check availability on items. Someone needs to be assigned to phone monitoring.....** THEY DO NOT HONOR the Team Store website or Fanatics Cash pricing or offers. Save money - buy online.

I purchased Bucs gear for the home opener game, it was so hot that the Red flag decal bleed onto the White, I was hoping that it would washout, but it didn’t. I needed to pick up my treasure chest 5K package; therefore, I took the shirt with me to exchange because I thought the store would replace it, for it is the right thing to do, but I was wrong. I explained what happened to the manager, who was only interested in knowing if the tags were still on the shirt, if I had my receipt, and purchase date (if within 30 days), forget the condition of the product, proving optimum customer service, or customer satisfaction. Please know the policy prior to making a purchase or keep the tags on all purchases, even if you wear it, and safeguard the receipt.

Unfortunately only 3 stars! Sorry but we had to ask 3 times where to go to the store! Nothing written, no marked parking spaces! We came specially from Switzerland and then you search like crazy, not even marking the parking lot correctly on Google. Then the prices, sorry, they are more expensive than in any other shop and please people, a shop from Fanatics, you should be ashamed of such as an NFL team! In each target I get the same and better items. I am very disappointed in this store!! Once and never again the Bucs fans deserve better!! Oh and then no cash, you can only pay by card sorry but it's still possible!!

Worked there a few years ago, warehouse manager Jenifer had no idea what she was doing, bad attitude very rude.She got in my face once, and only reason didn't quit right there, only job I had. Horrible manager!

Brought my son here after his nearby youth football game. He absolutely loved it and of course, wanted everything in the store. The store is really nice and clean with a lot of different types of fan memorabilia. I was impressed. Although it is expensive, it was expected. Took my son by the training facility down the road after to take a couple pics and he got to see one of the players driving out, who put his window down and flashed the piece sign, just so happened that the jersey we just purchased my son was the player we saw. My son said on the way back home that it was his "best day ever"!!!
