The ATM will NOT return your card, and the phone number printed on the ATM to report issues with the machine is just a general customer service number which doesn't have an option for ATM issues, and when I finally selected to speak to an agent I was left waiting for 40 minutes and no one took the call. And the worst part is that there is more people here waiting for their cards to be returned

I wanted to update my previous review but it will not allow me to. Someone posted a negative review. They complained about the employees giving special attention to Spanish people. To clarify the situation, this area is primarily Hispanic specifically Cubans. I find Hispanic people, especially the area being a high degree of Cubans converse with one another more than Americans do. I'm American and have my account at this branch specifically. It is fairly slow when doing transactions I agree. But most bank employees are American, in other areas and cities, don't talk at all except only the business at hand. At this TD they do speak English as well and they will engage in a short conversation with me since I've been a customer for so many years. Relax, we live life too fast. Chill out and talk to one another. This country seems all to preoccupied with everyone in a hurry and only thinking about themselves. Try taking the time to talk to people. Life is too short!

Anyone unhappy with the overdraft fees are sorely mistaken. This bank is better than any other bank and offer overdraft forgiveness over 4 times a year. This bank saved my life as a young broke lad. TD Bank is great, thanks team.

If this could be a zero star review it would, I worked at a Te bank in New York and when I moved to Florida the service at this branch specifically is a joke. The manager prioritizes the people he knows or friends over the customers that are already there, furthermore the people working there seem to follow their managers example, lastly after I finally was helped they did everything wrong, please people at this point go and change up bank.

Terrible location. The ATM machine never works. Wanted to make a deposit and didn't work. This time you could do only withdrawal.

The worst customer service of a bank I've seen and experienced. No one in the bank and they have people waiting more then 15mins while they chit chat.. had to walk out!

I don’t recommend this bank overall not necessarily their service but more of the bank your signing up for. This is a bank that takes advantage of overdraft fees to make themselves money. They take out overdraft fees two weeks later from a time that was overdraft a week ago where it’s unplanned and unexpected instead of doing it right there and then. This then causes more overdraft fees since they are unexpected and delayed fees for something weeks back. Also not to mention they only waive fees once a year haha really? It’s not fair and it creates a horrible customer experience. Too many fees and rules. If your looking for a simple bank with great service TD is not the bank your are looking for.
