I spent over $200 today at target. But because I had a merchandise credit of $11.25 when I went in to show them that they had made a mistake on an item that I had purchased and wanted to return it.. They wanted to give me merchandise credit back in the form of $11.25. I reminded them that I spent over $200 on my credit card and would like it back on my credit card. They said this was not something they could do. Clearly this doesn’t make any sense. So I had to go back out to my car and return everything that I had and then re-purchase everything that I had so that I could use my $11.25 merchandise credit. To inconvenience a customer who’s trying to spend money there is not good customer service. Not to mention there was no sincere understanding from the three Customer Service girls that were working on the return counter. One being a manager. No apologies no I understand. It’s a ridiculous policy, but our hands are tied. Here’s how I can help kind of thing nothing no help at all, but I rolling an attitude was certainly something that was provided.
This is simply not good business and doesn’t make any sense.

Prices for most products are higher than in other stores. There is no point in taking electronics and equipment here at all. There are almost never any discounts. What is the point of this store is unclear.

It’s 5:30 PM, and there are only four checkout lanes for the entire store, with one lane open and nobody around to realize this is happening. The Cashiers don’t seem to care either, which is very disappointing. I’ve shopped at this target for many years. It’s sad to see the business model is going backwards.

I have been going to this target since 2010 and it has totally gone down hill. Empty shelves, common everyday staples removed from inventory for "boutique" brands for triple the cost. Rude and lazy employees if you need help they just walk by. The deli finally got a decent brand of meats and cheeses but you can't buy it. No one is ever working at the counter, ever! Even the local Walmart Marketplace can do better.

I made a purchase on December 24 and they canceled it because it was already closed. I asked for my refund and they still haven't refunded me.

Going to Target is definitely one of our favorite things to do. We love shopping here for the Target Circle Deals and use Shipt for delivery.
Love that we can grab a coffee and shop, explore all the departments...unfortunately you come across trash from other shoppers who leave it on shelves and baskets. And today when we were at Starbucks and wanted to throw our trash away guess what there were no trash cans.
Most of the time the shelves are stocked but if not team members are helpful.
I'm not a huge fan of their produce but some things are better than others. It's still a great place to shop for savings especially if you have their RedCard and use their app but there is a serious lack of welcoming and customer service. I don't know if it's just the store we visited or common for their store culture now.

Do not buy a x box card I bought one for my grandson and it was not readable went back to the store since they told me if you have any issues bring it back to the store . That is not the case . The manager Shannon has a very rude and unpleasant approach I was with my grandson there that day she made him cry . DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS ,Target will not help you in any way . Sad to see how cold and unemotional a young person can be . I will not come to this store to shop . Management change is appreciated.

Always pretty clean here. Reason for 4 ⭐ is some staff is very rude and doesn't like their job. Most are okay but u already get some that just judge u before u even speak

Worst guest services EVER. Since most stores have generators for power outages, I called to make sure they were up and running before leaving home. They answered the phone, I asked and without a reply….. they hung up. The service was extremely unprofessional. I was asking a legitimate question!! If I could give them a zero…. I would.
