This target has always been a problem for me. The clothes section is always a disaster so normally I avoid that area. But today I wanted to look for a pair of pants for work. I looked through the train wreck. Found a pair and went to the dressing room. Every door but one was closed and the area is also very messy with stuff EVERYWHERE. As I’m trying on the pants I hear someone jiggle the door knob. I figured it was a customer checking for an open room. NOPE it’s an employee. They didn’t even say a word and I hear keys opening the door. That’s when I said “um hello someone’s in here?” Then they get mad at me for not saying anything and we argue through the door. Am I in the wrong? If you are an employee checking to see if the room is empty KNOCK AND ANNOUNCE YOURSELF? Not just try and open the door right away. I left the room and left the target. Glad I’m moving away from this area.

Pleasant staff in all departments but the store just looks rundown. Clothing racks are stuffed with clothes no one is buying (bad buying decisions for the market) and shelves are a mess. Walmart down the street is more tidy. Not sure what’s happening… maybe this store is closing??? The store on North Dale Mabry is much better stock and cared for. We are Target fans but this store needs an overhaul… Please.

I love my target. But there's a woman here that ruins a good experience. A woman that goes by stephanie, who works here, is very condensending and patronizing. She says things very rude and arrogantly. I believe she's NOT a good human and takes things out on people around her who do not deserve it. I spoke to people who work here about her behavior, and she is like this towards everyone. It's a shame to have this kind of personality and nasty behavior at her old age. Hopefully, one day, all of the energy she chooses to put on others catches up to her in well-deserved Karma.

The new policy to not have self check out during certain hours has ruined shopping here. This store was already a pain to check out at because of only 4 self check out lanes and the fact they only have 1 or 2 cashiers at a time. Now every time I go the self checkout is closed and there are lines 7+ people deep waiting to check out with the 2 lanes open. If you're not going to have self checkout you need to hire more people. I've largely stopped shopping here because it's no longer convenient to run in a grab one or two things.

This target is mostly great. I would update this to 5 stars if they installed some EV Chargers though! There are zero publicly available chargers South of Kennedy, so this would open up a new demographic of shopper who want their cars charged but also don't want to sit in them.

Customer service at this store sucks. I wanted to buy some ink for my printer. I was told to go to electronic department. I want there. I could not find anyone to help me. So after five minutes I said as loud as I can DOES ANYBODY WORK HERE. Nothing. No one showed up. So a few minutes later I said .DOES ANYBODY WORK HERE. Still nothing. Five more minutes went by and I said DOES ANYBODY WORK HERE. still nothing. Five more minutes went by and I said DOES ANYBODY WORK HERE. Finally an employee showed up and was able to help me. This store does not even deserve the one star I gave it. Very poor customer service.

So I was going to target to look for furniture and also makeup bags. So I am the type of shopper I will window shop before I buy something because I am very indecisive when I shop. So as I was shopping I found makeup bags with brushes and I open the zipped up bag to look inside to see what the brushes look like and instantly the ulta worker says to me in a very rude tone that everything is there. I was literally just trying to see the brushes and see what kind of brushes they were. I said to worker I know I am just trying to look before I buy. Then the lady proceeds to continue to stand there watching me and instantly I felt like this worker was assuming the worst even though I literally just came from church and had no bad intentions. I did not appreciate the worker discriminating against me and did not appreciate her judging me in that manner. I absolutely can’t stand when workers in retail will assume everybody is stealing. I like to shop in peace I do not like being bothered by people when I shop. Please do better target this is literal Walmart behavior. Don’t be like Walmart.
