Had an issue with squatters. Target was quick, professional, and got the job done. They'll be my first call next time.

First I have any to preface with getting my truck towed was a an inconvenient experience to say the least. No one enjoys their vehicle being towed however, this was my fault. I’ve had the unfortunate privilege to be towed by some less then professional companies.
I had an excellent experience with Target Towing and Recovery! The owner was
Genuinely a professional individual and like anyone let will listen if you speak to him like a calm rational person. The customer service was top notch 10/10 would get towed again.

People on here in the reviews be so mad. They made the process very simple, gave them my money, in and out they’re literally just doing their jobs. I was expecting the fee to be double what they charged me so I’m very grateful for that — thank you guys!

Target is not a review based company, no one looks up a towing company based on reviews. If this were the case Target would be sunk!
I cannot begin to express the nasty and dishonest nature of this trade!
I guess we must keep ourselves out of the hands of the devil!

Had a car towed, which I get, but called them right after to go get it, they advised the charge would increase $100 past 6 hours. I told them we had been drinking at my house and didn't feel comfortable driving, so we would pick it up in a few hours to avoid driving drunk but would be there under the 6 hour limit. They said "sorry can't have anyone here at that time"
So I asked, "aren't you 24 hours?" They said yes.
I asked, "So if we don't come there now we are going to be charged an extra $100"
He said "pretty much"
Inconsiderate. Was honest in the fact we had been drinking and didn't think it would be safe to drive, that we would be there in a few hours, and they blatantly refused to work with us even within their own policy and guidelines.
Terrible people.

Rating 1/5 stars, would do 0 if I could. I had an absolutely terrible experience with Target Towing in Tampa. They towed my car from my work parking spot while I was on the clock and parked legally. Their signage is hidden and unclear, making it impossible to know where you can and can't park. The charges changed every time I spoke with them, and I had to wait overnight to retrieve my car because they lagged on unlocking the gates. Speaking with them was like talking to the devil-unhelpful, unresponsive, and completely devoid of empathy. It seems they prey on minorities, low-income individuals, and women, which is utterly disgusting. To top it all off, my car now has a vibration and noise that weren't there before. Avoid this company at all costs.

This company is like a (insert animal who eats the dead) for my building. Today they towed a UPS truck full of packages while he was parked out of the way behind my building. Think of all the people who will now have a delayed package as a result of this company’s greed. They tow Uber eats delivery drivers without hesitation. They park so nobody can see them and as soon as the driver gets out of their car they swoop in and the car is gone before the driver can make the delivery. This affects primarily minority and low income people as those are the people who drive for Uber eats. This company has no morals and will scoop up any vehicle left unoccupied for more than 2 minutes without hesitation. I really wish they would lose their contract with my building.

My wife's car got towed from (what we and our lawyer believe is) a legal space. Seeing other reviews only hardens that belief more. BUT IT DOESNT STOP THERE! These morons have employees stealing from people and their own bosses too! Operator said it would be $200 cash (which we paid) then the recipt said $190! So someone pocketed $10! Rather they know it's happening or not, these people are running a scam!!!

Towed a car parked in visitors because it was reversed into a spot. When asked where it states there’s no reverse parking they tell me the signage is everywhere I need to look for myself. Well there was ZERO signage that stated that and maybe THEY should go look for the signage that states that. Your company is awful. I wouldn’t even use you to tow my car from point A to B. Reviews speak for themselves. I do not recommend this company.

Pray on innocent people
This company is so crooked they towed my husband‘s truck at 10:59 PM when he parked in front of the store to run in less than two minutes was not blocking anybody plenty of spaces for people to park he’s right in the front. They don’t leave you any information you have to hunt down a phone number then the rude lady who answers the phone tells you they have up to an hour for them to bring your vehicle and it’s 250.00 then when the guy gets there, . He says if we pay cash it’s 180.. crooked as hell and I feel bad for the people who don’t have that money to be able to get their vehicles. They don’t even give you a five minute warning I could see if you left your vehicle park somewhere overnight blocking an entrance blocking traffic. No, they just want a quick dollar.

Scammer company rednex who are never there operating a janky sketchy business. Would have gave a 0 star if it was possible. Tried to charge more on a tow that was inaccurate after reading itemized billing.
