I truly have a problem with this. I called around 4pm. He said 6:30. I called at 6 to confirm and he said to come. I get there at 6:30 and he tells me they are still working on the car and that it would be 30-40 minutes top. I waited an hour and 10 minutes...I then said i was leaving. I am a paying customer. It appeared he was attempted to fix some of his friends vehichles. J watch a bunch of kids come from the side. I know good and well his friends did not pay $240 for three wheel alignments....He said it needed three wheel alignments and that it was in bad condition because it came from a place that snows.???????.....I WAS BORN AND RAISED IN NJ. It had apparently been in an accident because of Bad driving...Im a female with a perfect driving record. Mind you I know about cars. I was raised by a bunch a men. You cannot run that game with me. I should have come a little over a week ago when I asked about getting my tires put on and a wheel alignment. Im giving 3 stars because he seems like a really nice kid but keep in mind; business comes before pleasure. I REALLY WOULD TRY YOU OUT AGAIN. Just keep it real next time...

I can't say enough great things about Tampa Tires and Wheels! I was in a bind when I got a flat tire, and the head of Service at Tesla recommended this local gem, saying they are "the real deal" and had received raving feedback from customers. I usually stick with the dealer's service center, so I was a bit skeptical at first, but wow, was I blown away!
K, the owner of Tampa Tires and Wheels, answered the phone personally and immediately put me at ease. He asked a few detailed questions about how my tire went flat and what I had experienced. I was impressed that he didn't just try to sell me a new tire. Instead, K wanted to come out and see if he could repair the tire first, to save me the cost of a new tire.
Within a few hours, K arrived, found not one but two nails in my tire, and expertly patched them up. The repair was flawless! He also took the time to examine all of my tires and reassured me that they were in good shape, even though they were aging, and wouldn't need replacement for another year. His honesty was refreshing.
The best part? The price! It was fantastic. I double-checked the price he quoted for a new tire, had I needed one, and he was very competitive with the other places I called. K was not only knowledgeable and service-minded, but also incredibly friendly and fair.
Having K fix my tire on site was so convenient—way better than having to tow my car to a shop. Tampa Tires and Wheels has earned a lifelong customer in me. If you're in the Tampa area and need tire service, look no further. K and his team are the best in the business!

Nothing but terrific things to say about this outfit. They were able to accommodate me the moment I requested service, driving out to Wesley Chapel (where I’d left my car) and repairing my tire within 30 minutes of my initial call. Technician who performed the repairs (Karam) was courteous, professional, and he went out of his way to find a solution that was best for me (and ultimately saved me money). I would have zero hesitation using these guys again in the future.

This is the only place that said they could repair the nail in my Tesla tire. I called several places, and at first, they all said they don't repair Tesla tires because they don’t have Tesla tires for replacement. Finally, I found a place near my home that said they could repair Tesla nails and replace Tesla tires, so I drove over there. I waited for about half an hour, and then they told me after inspection that the nail was at a sharp point and could not be repaired, so they recommended that I replace the tire, which would cost $450.
Then my husband suggested that since I needed to replace the tire, I might as well go to the original Tesla service center to get it done. But since I needed the tire replaced, I thought about going to the original Tesla service center. However, the Tesla service center said I would have to wait until October for the tire. So, the Tesla service center recommended this shop to me, and I went there to get the tire replaced.
First, I called to ask if I needed to make an appointment, because most tire shops require an appointment. But this shop said no appointment was needed. When I got there, a staff member greeted me and said I would need to wait a bit. After about ten minutes, they had already handled two cars and started working on mine, which was third in line. In about two, maybe three minutes—definitely under five minutes—they said my tire was repaired. I could hardly believe it! The speed was incredibly fast. I waited in the car; I didn’t even go into the office. The place looked very ordinary, but their speed really surprised me. I paid $20 for the tire repair, which was very reasonable. I remember last time I went to another shop to repair a Tesla tire, it cost me $35. That experience was ridiculous—they said they couldn’t find where the nail was in the tire. But the funny thing is, we all knew where the nail was—they just wanted to make money by forcing us to replace the tire. But this place didn’t do that. They offered tire repair or replacement at a very affordable price. I just want to say this is a really great place.

My vehicle caught a flat tire and I thought I needed a plug, they came out, nope I needed a new tire. They gave me a reasonable price and really went out of their way to make it happen. Thank you K for the amazing service at a great price.

Came in with a blown out sidewall and they had a new tire on and the donut off in 4 minutes. I’m not joking. 4 minutes. Incredible work and great people!!!

Blew a tire on a pot hole late at night, without a spare on me. Either nobody else was open or they didn’t have my exact tire size. I got helped out immediately, even though it was a long drive to get to me. Without them, I would’ve been screwed!
