Ursula the service advisor is just wonderful, always going the extra mile, so far the best in the dealership since I started going to Tampa honda. I most definitely recommend ask for her when you going for service, you won't be disappointed. Overall is a good place to buy and service your honda vehicle, but once again Ursula make it that way every time I go in for service. She need a raise!

Perfect service. No uncharging. Reasonable price. But, I was embarrassed that they had to work in my daughter's trashed car. What a slob. I raised her better than that. Thanks Jorge!

Took care of my car needs( regular Maintence) and serve fresh coffee and treats (cookies and snacks).Christopher , my service person was very professional and have such a wonderful caring spirit! The service was faster than expected. That was the only reason they received 2 stars. After getting home I realized I was charged about $400 for 1.5 hours of non-intensive labor. Valve gasket leak repair, transmission fluid replacement, and brake fluid replacement. The labor charge seemed high but I wasn’t sure so I contacted Honda. When so reached out to both the service advisor and general “contact us” email I received no response as to why the labor charge was so high. It’s ok to charge for good value, but the “why” needs to be clearly communicated, especially when the customer directly reaches out asking why. They also told me my battery tested fine. It died two days later. Skip this place. Go down the road to CK automotive. They have more fair pricing and are better communicators.
