I felt very confident with them. They were great with communication from day one. They are very organized, professional but also friendly and down to earth! Will definitely use them again.

Rachel helped my husband and I buy our first home in St. Petersburg! Rachel made the home buying experience seamless and pleasant! We are moving from out of state and had limited availability to come to the Tampa, FL area to look at properties. She met with us several times over Zoom and was extremely prepared, organized, and knowledgeable. She also had a lot of experience with the VA loan, which is what we used. We were able to find our dream home quickly and close within our requested timeline. We would highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking to buy a home in the Tampa area!

I bought my home several months ago and failed to write my review of Tampa Home Group (THG). In brief, they are incredible! This is a long review but I believe that THG is worthy of clients understanding how they work!I planned to move to FL and assumed I had time to sell my home before finding one to buy. To my pleasure, I received an offer on my home and had to move quickly. I wrote Maria Hoffman of Tampa Home Group (THG) around 12:30 am Sunday morning and by about 5:00 am, she responded! She assured me that THG could assist me and by about 2:00 pm, I received a call from Tania Borelli on her team. I shared a couple of homes that I'd seen on the market with Tania, and the features that I was looking for. Tania gave me her best advice and before the day was out, she had scheduled a showing for my preferred home.Its important to share that houses in Tampa were not on the market long and Tania had the first viewing on Monday! I decided to put an offer on the home that day and by Tuesday the offer was submitted and ultimately accepted! This took 3 days!!!Tania is extremely personable and committed to outstanding service. No ask was to small or too much. For example, she took measurements in the home to ensure my furniture would fit, she recommended contractors to address improvements that I wanted to make, and she even checked on the contractors progress as I was still living out of State.I've moved into my new home and several months later, Tania still checks on me. If this isn't outstanding service and commitment to clients, I don't know what is. Thank you, Tania and THG!!!

Where to start?, John & Maria have been both amazing through the whole process of selling my house. From advising me what needed to be fix, staging the house for pictures, recommending a sale price and making sure that everything was ready on time. We even didn’t have a For Sale sign in the yard. The Open House was on Saturday and the house was under contract on Tuesday. Not to mention they both supported me through all stressful moments when I was under pressure. I will absolutely recommend John and Maria to represent you to buy or sell your house. Their professionalism, experience in the area and knowledge of the market is all you need for a successful transaction.

We cannot recommend this agency enough! This is our third time using John and Maria with Tampa Home Group. Our last home just recently sold in FOUR days for over asking price! Tampa Home Group was a pleasure to work with! I mostly worked with Tania as we were looking to buy a home as first time home buyers. Tania was exceptional! She always responded back fast and would provide valuable input throughout the entire process. She even pushed the builder to extend our rate lock when they extended the closing date. Even after I closed, Tania and the Tampa Home Group checked in on us to see how we were doing. I would definitely use Tania again when I look for our next home and I highly recommend the Tampa Home Group for their great customer service and knowledge of the area!
