Edited to add: after many phone calls and reaching out to our congressman and the State head of this program, we were finally paid.THAP group hired our family HVAC company to provide HVAC installation as part of their weatherization program for low income homeowners, with a net 30 payment schedule. We are now almost 90 days out with no payment. Every request for payment is met with a run around of next week. This group preys on small contractors to get the work done and then fails to deliver payment. We fulfilled our end of the contract and purchased and installed the hvac equipment, they have not met their contract by paying us.Multiple emails and phone calls to Derick Blue have been ignored. This is frustrating due to lack of communication regarding this issue.If this is how they treat all their contractors this is why people are waiting years for approved services.

There are a wide variety of businesses on-site. There is also a Co-Working space. This is a great place for any small business owner how needs to set up a meeting and in need of a venue to hold the meeting.
