My iPhone was stolen at the Hard Rock Casino. Through my iWatch I located my cell phone at this store. I went to the store to see if the phone was there. I was told it wasn't. I showed them the ping on my iPad that verified my phone was there at a specific time. I had the exact time that it was pinged at the store and asked them to check the video cameras to see who may have brought it in. I was told the cameras do not work and are just for show (not sure about that). Why would they refuse to look back at the video just a few hours before?
