Had a great experience at this location. Rob was incredibly helpful. Knowledgeable on all their pieces and very genuine. He found the necklace I had seen online, which I had overlooked. So thankful he did, I love it!

@swarovski worst quality and service! Bought my wedding band one year ago, it turned up pink and black and stained my finger. Went to the shop and they clean their hands saying they can’t do anything even with prove of purchase and a 2-year warranty

First time customer, I should have read the reviews before visiting this store. I'm here from a different state and decided to stop in and buy an item I saw online. When walking in the girl already had an attitude. I wanted accessories with the item but I didn't feel comfortable. I bought what I came for and left right out. I might try another store whenever I go up to visit Jacksonville. Hopefully they have better customer service, if not I just won't be shopping with Swarovski.

The manager is very disrespectful. To customer and staff. I don't know how she became a manager. I have shopped with this company for over 10yrs and have spent thousands. They day before I had just spent over a $1000 on a new line. If they don't get it together. I will never shop there ever again.

I went to this store for a pick up, they gave me one with a broken box and even the bracelet was broken, they insisted that it was still good, but exchanged it after sometime.

The customer service I received was over the TOP!!! Genesis and Anelma you are the absolute nicest people I have dealt with in retail. Thank you so much for putting your heads together and helping me make my daughter's Valentines day unforgettable. She absolutely loved the gift and the presentation too! I will always remember your kindness :)

I just went into the Swarovski store at International Plaza, in Tampa, FL. When I walked in an employee asked me if I need help and I said no, I'm just looking. I walked around for a bit looking at the jewelry, then a younger woman employee with dark hair and glasses asked me if I needed help from afar and I said no, I'm good, she then proceeded to walk over to me and stood right next to me and said I'm just going to fix these. There was absolutely nothing to fix. She was faking it thinking I was going to steal something. I walked out. I should have called her out, but I was just so mad. What else would have been the point to come and stand right next to me with nothing to really fix. And even if there was something to fix, could she not whait until I was done and gave me my space to look?
Swarovski, if you are that afraid of people stealing, why not keep your items locked up behind glass cases, instead of making your customers feel like thieves? The funny thing is that I actually liked a necklace that I was thinking of buying. Your sale loss. And your loss of how many people I will tell about this experience, and me writing this review. The date was 12/14/23, and the time was around 4:30pm. Maybe retrain your employees if this is not your company philosophy. I am brown. I wonder if she would have done the same thing to a white person?
I told my husband, who is white, what happened to me at this store. So a few hours later, he went into the store, walked around for a while, purposely picking up items, and even took a picture, and not one of those two women asked him if he "needed help", or watched him, or came and stood right next to him because they needed to "fix something". Interesting.
I noticed that Swarovski only replies to 5 star reviews, let's see if I get a response, and what kind of response it will be, or if the behavior displayed by employees in the store is the true Swarovski culture.

Went in window shopping for something for my aunt because she collects these but I think she usually gets them on the military base, the selection seemed limited
