Purchased a 2017 Suburban from them and the owner was very accommodating to our time frame. The vehicle had a rebuilt title and he was very transparent about damage and the repairs that were done to it. Never did I feel under any pressure to buy or get a sales pitch. Very nice guy and pleasant to deal with. We are very happy with our purchase and very grateful for the time and patience he took to process the transaction.

Came and looked at the car, agreed on a price and gave a deposit. Came back same day with cash and now they no longer want to honor the price. Wasted a day driving back and forth. Very unprofessional.

I contacted Supreme Automotive to inquire about a 2020 Ford Fusion that they are still trying to sell. The listed price at the time was $14,900 for a with under 30,000 miles on it. I was suspicious because the listed price was almost $10,000 under the NADA book value. I did pull the CARFAX report and found that the car was a salvage car with a rebuilt title. With that in mind, I did request to take the car for an inspection, which was granted. On my way to the dealership, I called to let them know that I was running a little late because of traffic. I told them that I had a appointment to take the car for an inspection. The representative asked me where I was taking the car. I told him that I was taking it to a mechanic on the Dale Mabry that I have done business with before. The representative said that it was "too far" and then began suggesting mechanics "down the street" of the dealership. I find this behavior to be questionable because a dealership should not dictate where a potential buyer takes the car for an inspection. I also asked what had been done to the car to fix it, which was never answered. When I expressed my opinion that their behavior was unacceptable, all communication ceased and I was ignored. This type of behavior seems to suggest that this dealership is hiding information about their cars from potential customers. It is also interesting that the car's price increased from $14,900 to $15,900 over the course of a day while I was talking to the them. I would HIGHLY suggest that you look elsewhere for a used car. Also as an update, the dealer increased the price of the car and then told me they didn't want to do the trade in. This dealership is a scam.

I came in looking at an f-150 … I had done my research .. It had been involved in an accident .. not an issue .. my INS company had no issues insuring it had I purchased it … I test drove it … I did find it had some issues .. of course I tried to negotiate the price because of the issues I found and the $ it would cost to fix said issues … over all no deal was able to be made … I will say he was transparent with me about the pricing .. which I appreciated very much … I’m just in a bad situation and was hoping we could come to terms … a bit sad … I really wanted the truck … over all good experience… just could not come to an agreement that suited us both .

Very unprofessional, I inquired online about a specific car on monday (04/25/2022), I got a message saying that the car was aviable and the times they were open, I was told to call a phone number to make sure they had the car ready, which I did, to my surprise, I was told the car was not aviable when I called, even though I had schecduled a time to go see it on Wednesday (04/27/2022), and they said it was sold 3 days ago. They would've made me drive over two hours for a car that was not aviable.

We are the neighbors who used to be in the car selling business. Their vehicles are clean and nicer than most car lots. Never have we seen any vehicle for sale that we wouldn't drive. Clearly the competitors review was bogus. However after asking to please do not unload their cars in front of our business! Blocking our business when there is a road North of us the car hauler could easily back down. It would be nice for our customers to be able access our driveway.

I bought a car from here a few weeks ago and am very pleased with the purchase. The owner was very accommodating, relaxed, friendly and honest. Not only would I happily check with Omar again for future purchases but I will confidently refer my family and friends as well. Not your average car lot.

I bought a Dodge journey test drove because the car is so quiet inside missed the back brake was metal to metal. Called as soon as I got home and noticed it they said as is which is right. Don't buy unless you have car checked by mechanic. They do make sure car is clean inside and out but pretty sure they don't have mechanic parts checked out .

I purchased a car from this dealership and Omar was upfront about the history of the car. I requested to take the car to my mechanic before I purchased it and he allowed me to take the car. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had in the 40 years, I have been buying cars. The price was excellent and Omar was a delightful person to deal with. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family.

A BIG SCAMMER, I was looking for a family car and found that they have a nice Nissan pathfinder so I went to check it out. I drove the car and looked good for me so I came back later with the cash and my wife to see if she like the car and she drove it and like it. So we decided to buy the car and we negotiated the price and the owner dropped 200$, I asked him is the car reliable or it has any issues, he said the car is perfect and he personally drove it for some time so he gave me the WORD the car is good. We drove out with the car. A week later I started to feel there is some shaking started to appear in front so I suspected it might be engine mount and it was bad as I expected but to my surprise the Nissan shop told me there is a code PF170 which means the transmission is bad and it has to be changed, I took it to AAMCO transmission expert and they confirm it and the problem the car has the Nissan CVT transmission which is very complicated and they estimate fixing for 6000$ and I bought the car for 6700$ (funny right), and to my surprise as well when I went to the Nissan dealer I told them I just bought the car they told me the car is a total lost by insurance company last year, and again they did not told anything about that, so I went straight back to the dealer and explained to him what happened he simple smiled and told me I bought the car as is and I drove the car two times before (which I showed it to my wife) and he has nothing to do for me then I offered him to take the car back and I don’t want full refund he might cut a good portion he then said ok I will give you a call. a week later never heard from him so I drove to the dealership and the door was locked and i am positive he was inside and did not want to open so I called him and he acted like who is this ?, I told him and he straight said yes wait for the title to come to you in the mail as there was nothing going on and then I remind him of the story he said take the car to carmax and they will buy it from you BYE, so now I have a car that it will cost me fixing it more than how much I paid on it and maybe worth nothing due to total lost in carfax. SO PLEASE PEOPLE BE AWARE OF SUCH A SHAMEFUL DEALERSHIP LIKE THESE AND SAVE YOUR, MONEY, TIME AND HUSTLE and most important the feeling of you been cheated or victim of such a scammers.
