Worst haircut I have ever received. Stylist need proper training on cutting hair! Very inexperienced. I was very unpleased with the girl cut my hair, she didn’t do as I asked and didn’t show me the first inch cut before proceeding! Will not return…. Supercuts need to hire better hair stylist with more modern styling and public relations and also should train well before allowing them to work!

23.95 for a haircut and won’t take supercut coupons. Salon looked unkept and dirty. Only two customers there and looking like they’re going out of business soon. Doesn’t do supercut services or standards like other shops. Haircut was marginal for price, first time and last time.

Avoid this location at all costs!!1. Don’t even bother with the online check in system, as that is completely ignored.2. When you show up, don’t expect to get any check in service or even be acknowledged that you came in unless you make a scene for someone to acknowledge you and update you on the wait time.3. Expect to be overcharged for a simple haircut (but that’s every Supercuts these days to be fair)Have checked in multiple times online and waited over 30 minutes past the suggested wait time without any acknowledgement of the time left. And if you ask, expect to get a bad look as if you’re somehow inconveniencing them by helping you. Tried going several times, as everyone has a bad day, but after multiple occurrences of the same horrible experience, it’s definitely the location and the workers at the location that have a problem.

I got my grey, curly hair dyed, highlighted, cut and straightened. Yodalis did a fantastic job and the price was very reasonable!

I went in for a hair cut and Rosa cut my hair. It needed a little shaping and I said "I don't want it too short".I wear glasses and it's normal for them to have them remove your glasses for the hair cut. So she starts cutting and the next thing I know she is finished and she just about gave me a crew cut. I was horrified. All I could do was cry...it was so short I looked like a boy. It was the worst haircut experience I've had in 11 years here in Tampa. At that point it was too late to do anything other then write this review. Do not let Rosa cut your hair. She butchered me ! Such a horrible experience

Writing this review at 4:45 on Sunday Nov 12. I walked up to the door at 4:40 and they told me “no we are closed” as the sign on the door said 5pm. I just needed a haircut that probably would have taken 10 mins. Funny thing is they had no business and when someone actually comes to the door before closing they turn them down. Keep that energy

This supercuts employees didn't want to cut my African American hair. I visited this shop on 9-3-23, a Sunday afternoon. There were 2 people ahead of me. I could see that when I entered. While starting on the 2 heads ahead of me one stylist approached me and asked what I wanted, I show the picture. I only wanted a bald cut. Nothing fancy. She went back to doing the other customer. The employees meet in d back amd whisper looking towards me. Next, the other stylist approach, same question. She reply, do you have appointment? No. There are 2 people ahead of you. I reply I'm not in a hurry. I'll wait. Another customer comes in. No appointment. Must be a regular though. They take her to d back and start on her. While I sit and wait. I left at this point. Although I'm in no hurry. I will not be skipped. I will not beg to cut my hair. I'll take my business else. Not sure if I'll ever go to Supercuts again but at least not this one on a Sunday
