Terrible! If you're reading this and considering doing banking with Truist DO NOT do it! Not only were they disrespectful, but they will literally charge you illegal fees and tell you "it happens all the time." I tried talking to the branch manager about it, and he didn't say anything, and just hung up on me.Looking forward to having a discussion with the FLOFR. Stay away from not only this branch, but Truist!

We have been customers at SunTrust now Truist since 2000. Walked into the Westchase Office in late July to update/change the interest on our Money Market account to get the highest interest since we have a large amount of money in our Money Market. Sherri Kurtz filled out all the paperwork & told me, this will change in the morning. Apparently Sherri Kurtz did not do something correctly & the interest rate never changed. Six weeks later we noticed something was wrong. No apologies, no contrition, just blaming others. They are no longer a banking institution that cares. Run fast, do not stop at Westchase Truist.

I have been trying to open a small business checking account for weeks (due to a special being run by Truist) with no success. I requested a call back to which I got a confirmation but NO call. I started the process online but received no confirmation email or further information. I made an appt at this branch for 'Friday at 2:00 pm with business banking' and received a confirmation code. Upon arrival, I noticed the 'Business Banking' office was empty. I waited roughly 15 min past my appt time. At 2:15, the banker on staff came out (did not greet me) but came out to tell me she would not be able to help me for 45 more minutes. I expressed that I made an appt with business banking but was confused because no one appeared to be here for business banking. She shared that their business banker does not work on Fridays - so why was I able to make an appt? She asked if I could come back in an hour, which I could not (which is why I made an appt). She then asked me to make an appt for next week (why would I make another appt if clearly this one meant nothing and has now wasted my time). My presence was a clear irritation to her. Perhaps because Truist has a horrid system that makes her job impossible - perhaps because they have terrible customer service. I plan to open my business account elsewhere.

Ugh! so many problems and no help. The app doesn't work very well. Every time i log in it ask me to verify but then the verification code doesn't work. If you can get in, shortly after the screen just goes black and logs you right back out. To Deposit checks is a nightmare. The auto capture doesn't work when you try to take the picture then fails to load after a picture and makes you start all over. I tried to call for help but the help line had no idea what they are doing. Then they just put you on hold and leave you there. This bank makes everything worse and they aren't doing anything to correct any of the issues. I'm so disappointed i used this bank. If you actually need to any banking i recommend you find another bank because this is only going to make you mad and waste your time. I expected better but you have failed me every step of the way. I guess it's time to find another bank and it's all because you fail your customers and fail at the basics of banking.

Hopefully still working out the bugs from merging SunTrust and BBT. Large branch that seems nice. Employees need better training.

I did not even want to give 1 star but it is the only way to write a review. This office has gone down hill from the previous staff. Evevyone there is rude and has no idea what they are doing. The branch manager Cecy cant even speak english. She has run off the staff and now the customers. Glad I closed my account terrible branch.

Lobby temporarily closed for unknown reason on a Thursday. Waited 45 minutes to make a cash deposit. Time to find a new place to bank

The banker Melissa was very incompetent and could not perform a simple transaction. She also did not try to call for help from it when confronted with the technical issue. Melissa clearly needs training and does not need to have access to peoples financial accounts.

It took 40 minutes for them to get my payment by hand. The Charles guy was like Joe Biden, absolutely no thought behind those eyes. He made three mistakes in one sitting. The little Hispanic last Faryl in the corner, struggles in communication skills, idk how she got a job at a bank. Really odd. Felt bad for everyone else.

Worst customer service ever! Always wait at least 10 minutes even though there is no one else in the drive through! HIRE MORE STAFF OR TRAIN THOSE THERE TO BE MORE COMPETENT!
