Very unpleasant experience! Very happy to have closed my account here. I think their customer service could use some work. Would definitely advise to refrain from doing business here. I presented my driver's license which has my name, address and photo which definitely looks like me, and I was told they have to ask me verification questions since people come with fake IDs all the time. I was appalled!!! I tried telling the clerk Laura multiple times and questioned their policies but only received hostile answers.

Do not use the drive up window. Go inside and watch them count your deposits. The only bank I have been to where my deposits come up short...

Staff repeatedly ignores requests for services typically offered to all customers (Change requests, coin wrappers, etc.). Simple deposits counted multiple times are "Short" when they count them. I am not a fan of them counting my deposits out of sight or not in full view so we can verify how they count the deposit or calculate said shortages. They are extremely slow when responding to the drive up teller and often not in the best of moods. Their displeasure is clearly written on their faces. I will more than likely start using a new location as this one is getting worse not improving.

This was the friendliest, quickest and most professional experience I have ever had opening a bank account. Lara who helped me with the account is amazing. Upon return a week later to the branch she immediately remembered my name. The tellers here are also awesome. Would that all banks operated as this Truist branch does.

Best branch I have been to in a very long time.

The bank employees are nice and I've never experienced a concern with customer service. However, the ATM is often out of working order. Even that is understandable in this day & age. However, what I can't get past is the garbage area outside of the bank. It's always spilling out into the parking lot and usually contains horrible items like soggy insulation and broken, soiled furniture. The people at Truist HQ desperately need to get this branch a proper locking fence for their dumpster. It's absolutely disgusting - something I'd expect to see around the back of a thrift store on the wrong side of town, not in the drive up lane of my bank.

This bank has spilled dumpster garbage all over in the drive up area. It feels like a horrible part of town even though its a normal neighborhood. Please clean this up and fix your broken open/closed lights in the drive through lanes. thank you

I have been using this branch of Suntrust bank for over 20 years. The staff is always pleasant and they have never made a mistake on my deposit or on any of the multiple accounts I have there. I always feel welcome when i go in or go through the drive through. I will continue to use this branch and love the staff.

Someone linked a PayPal account to my Suntrust account and started making purchases. When I noticed, there was no way to report this fraud online so I called their "hotline". Thirty-five minutes later someone in Bangladesh picked up and tried to help but basically I'm out the money they charged against my BANK ACCOUNT. The best part -- they can't freeze the account to help stop this or just close the account outright on the phone. I have to go down there and close it up myself and they're only open about 4 hours a day. These people are the middle schoolers of banking. Taking what's left of my account and heading to USAA.

Came all the way down here because this branch's schedule showed they would be opened at 1pm to 5pm on a Sunday (which was surprising). Only to find out when I get there that was totally incorrect (Not surprising). Apparently they don't even care enough to manage their profile correctly.

Since my branch on Anderson/Gunn closed, been forced to use this one on Ehrlich, closet. The ATM is horribly positioned and your forced to get out of your car unless you have a truck, SUV etc. CRAZY set up!

Ridiculously slow considering how little value they are asked to add. Stood and waited. Finally had my daughter do a countdown - when she finished I left and took my deposit to a different bank. So long.

This is almost laughable considering how much I stop by this branch and ATM isn't working .I've got to switch banks!

Without question one of the slowest and least customer-centric banks I've ever visited. Turn off your engine when in the drive-up window because it's going to be a minimum of 7-9 minutes to cash a simple check. So slow here that I swear they have to go get 3 supervisors to make change for a ten dollar bill. They demand my driver's license at each transaction even when depositing cash. They lack common customer service language like, "It would be my pleasure" or "Thank you for waiting" or "I apologize, we don't have any uncirculated 20 dollar bills today". You're a bank for crying out loud. Start acting like it.
