Lousy customer service. I went in to open an account. There's one woman sitting in a customer. She sees I'm sitting there. After half an hour I stand up and ask her if she's the only one. Not looking up from her computer she says yes and I won't be available for 3 hours. Instead of getting up and saying hey I'm with somebody right now and I'm going to be a while she just chose to let me sit there and if I hadn't said anything I'd still be sitting there!

Went through the drive-thru the other day to pull out a large sum of money, as I do every month. The woman, who I assume is the branch manager, told me she couldn’t do that large amount through the drive-thru. I asked her when did that start because I do it every month at other branches. She told me it’s always been that way and to go to the other branch then. I immediately called corporate and they confirmed that no limit of money through a drive-thru transaction was ever in place and in fact they looked through my history and saw my monthly withdrawals of large sums through the drive-thru. I went in today to close all of my accounts, because honestly, banking with Truist has been inconvenient and this was the tipping point I needed. The same woman was in there being antagonistic loudly bragging about our interaction to her coworkers. Good for you, lady, you must be so proud of yourself that poor customer service and attitude is driving off customers. Looking at the other reviews, it appears I’m not the only one she treats rudely. Don’t forget, this is the customers’ money you’re handling, not yours and not Truist’s. Avoid this location and this bank if you’re wise.

The customer service representative was not helpful and was quite rude. I went into the bank trying to resolve an issue i was experiencing and I was inquiring how to transfer an amount to another bank as I was not pleased with hold times on the phone being 2 hours. She told me she didn't have a magic number and I would need to call customer service and to try and calm down as I hold for 2 hours. Very unprofessional, and disrespectful to me as a customer that had questions and concerns. I have never had an interaction with a representative like this in 10 years as a customer. I will be filing a complaint directly with the bank on this representative.

The woman there in the business banking department is not pleasant and not helpful. They want to pond you off. She gave me some number I had to wait on hold for 2.5 hours, because I couldn’t get in my account and the lady said the bank could of handled the issue, but instead they pond me off because they don’t want to deal with customers.Very disappointing. I will start checking out new banks for my business account.

I had an amazing experience at this branch. I was looking for a line of credit to consolidate my credit card debt and Tania Gallardo was the best helping me with all the paper work and following up to make this possible.Also, thanks to Raul and Stephanie. My experience was the best at this branch!

I just took a check to cash. This was the most bank and incompetent workers I have had to endure. I asked for her branch managers card. She gave me hers, then hung up on me when I called to ask for the manager. Is it any surprise no one will use Suntrust!!

one of your members walk into our store buying a car from us with a personal check, we call this branch to verify it was a real customer real and a account because people do fraud, the lady that answer the phone rude to the point of being offended she denied to help us, telling us that we can look at the customer bank stats and account on the customers phone, FYI people fraud on that all the time, get some basic training to your employees on how to handle situations and of course on customers service, she was very rude with a loud voice, we called suntrust on their customer service line 1800 and they were able to help us very gentle and accordingly. after reading your reviews your customers service on this brancg its simple BAD.

Drivethru was rude and didn't even ask me what I wanted to do with my payroll check just deposited it, no asking for cash back no do you want a balance. Rude about covers it

SunTrust is the worst bank I have ever used! They will freeze your account absolutely no reason and you will not have access to your money for weeks! Then they will mail you a check! SMFH!!

This place is a SCAM!!!!! Ever since they became truist they froze my account with no explanation and been holding my money hostage for 2 MONTHS!!!! Tania and Raul have not been helpful the branch manager was EXTREMELY RUDE ...stephanie was the only one offering a little help and Guidance...they directed me to the 1-800 number the 1800 number said i need to go to branch for answers.. THEY are holding my money for months and I cant even get an answer. Other banks said that when Suntrust becaME Truist they were doing many scams STAY AWAY

Worst banking experience ever currently waiting 10 days to have access to my paycheck and this is the 2nd paycheck in a row its happened and they'll do nothing to help but lie and tell you that your funda will be available tomorrow it won't be put on hold 10 days
