I have been a client of SunTrust/Truist for almost 25 years, but I was kind of indifferent until I started working with the team at the 3825 South Dale Mabry branch. Rafael, Adam, and Victoria have all made an effort to get to know me personally and have always provided great service. Having also experienced BOA, TD, Chase, Wells Fargo, and some others I can't even remember, the team at this particular Truist branch does an excellent job of providing the small community bank feel but with the security and benefits of a big bank. I highly recommend them for both personal and business, and if you ever have an issue, simply ask one of them for help. Thanks guys, and keep up the great work!

Always a little wait. A few years back they allowed someone to access my security deposit box who was not on as a signer or registered by me to have access.

Your google business listing says this south dale mabry branch is open until noon on Saturday. But you’re closed. Kindly update your hours so your customers are not wasting their time coming to a closed location that advertises it is open.

Worst customer experience. They refused to provide notary for simple documents given we have a bank account with them. Funny we take the exact same documents to PNC down the road and got notarized, no problem . This bank or specifically this branch are definitely run by incompetent employees. Not recommended this Truist branch to anyone.

Normally always a issue with the deposit side of ATM, the inside is slow at helping, just not like the older days at SunTrust, it's a shame that their Google rating is so low that just tells you that it's gone downhill bad

Hello Chase. Good bye Truist.Since switching from SunTrust to Truist, service has gone straight down the toilet.I have been waiting FOUR DAYS to have my nine voice messages I left to be returned.Next week, I'm shopping for an institution that actually cares.P.S. I have a substantial amount of accounts, and assets with them. Although you would think they would treat all with respect.Update: I've been waiting WEEKS to speak with someone to resolve my issues and Truist then took it upon themselves to freeze my credit card and then blamed THEIR error on me.

Issues since the beginning of the switch to Truist. Most recent (today) my cash deposit wouldn’t go through at S Dale Mabry branch but never returned my money or my debit card. Claim was put in and branch manager assured me it would be refunded to acct today. Currently still not there at 5pm. The number I received for help said it is 24 hrs 7 days a week but was actually closed for weekend. Contacted reg support number and they said it won’t be processed until Monday. No one gives straight answers or seems to know what’s going on ever. Now I have to wait to get my cash deposit and debit card. These types of situations need immediate resolving when someone expects to have their cash deposit available right away.

Unprofessional customer service. Hung up on twice, attitude from teller and branch manager not returning phone calls. My money will be going elsewhere!!

Worst bank ever. Slow and nobody is inline. Due to no one is reviewing their employees. Time to step up be more efficient.

The worst customer service of any bank I have ever used. They never have enough change to fill your change order. They can never explain why they can’t provide change. It’s always we are extremely short right now. This would be a great location to have a bank.

I personally submitted name change documents twice at this location over a period of 6 weeks and they assured me my name would be updated in their system. They never followed up and made the change, and so I had to file a complaint with their upper management to review their procedures. Very frustrating to say the least!
