Every time I come to this branch it’s a problem . They do not know what they are doing and always understaffed on top of that .Ive gone to the carrollwood location and as well as the ybor location and have never had any issues but for some reason this branch finds a problem every time . I have closed my accounts with them just because of the treatment I have received from this branch on its own . Worst ever . I will never bank with these people ever again .

There is nothing more frustrating than wanting help and people making you feel dumb. They are not helpful here the teller told me it is what it is i cant help you. So disrespectful. Don't go here if you need help with account issues. They don't want to help at all. They said the manager was too busy and could not talk to me either. This is not how you treat cuatomers.

Atm swallowed my card and instead of helping me get it out they made some Bs excuses, said it was not their problem, and even said it was my fault and threatened to kick me out. I’ll admit I got a bit heated, but normally I’m very calm in these situations and I was trying to be throughout the whole ordeal. I have never been treated so poorly in any other branch ever.

I just walked into this branch on Fri 12/1 at 1:45. There were only two tellers in the whole branch. There was nobody else working. One teller proceeded to talk to a customer for the 15 minutes that I was standing inside of there waiting, not once acknowledging the customer that has been standing there waiting for 10 minutes. She proceeded to have a full-on conversation with somebody for that long. There was another teller that was helping people in the drive-thru. Same thing. Don't acknowledge customers. This Branch really needs to work on their customer service. If there are customers in line, it's time to wrap up the conversations, or at least acknowledge the customer that's waiting and tell them it'll be a few more minutes.

Went in on Saturday at 10:45am went to sit down and the lady to the left back, stated what we wanted and all it was to but someone on my box incase something happened to me to. She said o we close at at 12 and I don't have time with you'll. Your talking one hour in a half. With one person waiting for her. She said come back Monday at 2. Very rude.

Truist is one of the worst banks to have their overdraft fee is ridiculous. I set my account up to where if there’s not enough money it just declines but somehow they paid out an Amazon subscription instead of declining it and charge me the overdraft fee and wouldn’t waive it. I’m definitely closing my account and never banking with them again. If I could give zero stars I would.

I can never get through to a person. I leave messages that do not get returned. I just stopped by the branch and there is one banker and 6 people waiting in the lobby. I haven't paid a bill to see if someone will call ME

The worst branch. Don't waste your time going here. The line is always out the door. They close the drive thru before branch. As a business customer I can never get change. There is always an excuse. They should have closed this branch before several others!

Went in to deposit money absolutely the worse bank I walked into. We live in America and not one teller spoke any English. Waited in line for about 40 minutes and couldn't be helped.

I understand being under staff but when no one is in your lobby and you still choose to not have your drive thru open it’s a bit ridiculous, it hasn’t been open for weeks now. Also when was it acceptable to chew gum and listen to rock music at a bank?
