Went to open a business account @ 4:12 3 associates on the floor. Another customer was working w a customer relations rep (new account). I waited to be greater, but to no avail. I then went to the customer counter (for those who have accounts) still waiting to be acknowledged. 'I would like to open an account. ' still not greeted.Checking?!Yes, thank you.Personal?No, business.Our system is down.Ok. (At no time did she notify the man who apparently is in charge of this, he did not have anyone he was helping)Here is his card, he'll give you a call. This was the end of our interaction.I turned to walk out, the other female employee who was JUST helping the ONLY other customer said, DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH HE HAS IN HIS ACCOUNT?!?! 76.00!!!Not only did I not recieve a call, I did not even recieve acknowledgement as I left.Bad 1st impression. They will NOT have the opportunity to give me a second.

I have had my personal banking with SunTrust for years and recently moved my business accounts here. Although they do not have a lot of technology for business customers yet, the personal attention and assistance of the branch manager Rafael is much more helpful than any phone app. I have not been disappointed in anyway since moving my business accounts here. Rafael was also very helpful in assisting me with my application for the PPP loan. Small business owners should definitly consider moving to SunTrust.

Very slow....Although my office is closest to the Hyde Park location, I usually go to other locations in Tampa because they are so slow. It feels like they are moving backwards.

Please boycott SunTrust they are in bed with the government pushing gun control. They have refused to do business with people for the simple reason that they sell guns and have shut down people's accounts from making legal gun purchasers

I had high hopes for this branch when I moved to the neighborhood. I had some pretty great customer service with previous experiences. I was starting to get concerned with the bank in general when I had a series of fraudulent charges to my card with SunTrust. After having several cards sent out to me, I visited this branch to get better insight into what was going on with their security. Not only did they stumble over their answers and fail to give me any manner of a legitimate answer as to why I had consecutive fraudulent charges, the lady who was my customer service rep assured me that I would get a new card within 3 to 5 business days. After 10 days I called in to the SunTrust customer support to find out where my card was... The lady failed to EVER EVEN HAVE THE CARD SENT OUT. This has been ridiculous, the one thing that was keeping me from closing out my account and moving my money somewhere more secure was the assureance I has received from a previous branch. I will be closing out my accounts and moving my business elsewhere.
