Not very friendly and minimumly helpful. Did the job, but that's it. Seem to forget most people aren't familiar with what to do after an accident.

I’m not a customer but I was parked trying to plug a nail in my tire and Shaquille stopped out of the kindness of his heart to help me. I’m very grateful for this company’s employees!

If your here you are already having a bad day .. be polite and maybe they will drop some fees, also building isn't well labeled..
