This location has the best items .Prices are reasonable. The employees are really helpful and sweet, amazing customer service skills. There's an operation manager named Jose, he's awesome, very intelligent, always helpful, and looks out for his employees ...100 stars ? for Jose and 100 stars ? for Sunshine thrift store it's truly the best location around the Tampa Bay Area...I definitely recommend anyone looking for great stuff and for a great price stop in and check it for yourself you won't be disappointed.

I love going to this thrift store. All employees are all kind and caring except one lady, she middle age 140 lbs 5feet 5 inches. She is the only that’s a little too rude as you cannot ask her any questions at all with the experienced I had with this store (try to avoid her next time) Not a very pleasant lady I would say.

Great thrift store! A little pricier than your average place, but they make up for it by having a well curated selection. I found several unique pieces, and the prices for each item were fair. Only complaint is that they seemed to be understaffed, and so the staff was a little frazzled trying to deal with everything going on. They were very friendly, though, I just wish they'd had an extra hand or two. Will definitely return here in the future, though

The treatment by the cashier and the manager was horrible. I went to pay for 4 pairs of pants, but the price tag fell off one of them when I was trying it on and they didn't want to sell it to me. It's truly ridiculous and disrespectful that they can't find a solution to help customers. They simply say no and it's not for them.

I'm so disappointed that I bought 2 toys that cost $5 each. One is battery operated and the policy states make sure to inspect everything carefully, well I couldn't check if it worked because it was completely taped up so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and purchased it anyways.I bought batteries and nope it does not work. The other was dinosaurs that you build together, again I could not possibly thoroughly inspect it bc again it was completely taped up. I came home and my 3 year old was so excited to build it but it was missing all of the pieces and there where NO screws to even try and build one dinosaur. I'm so upset that I just spent $10+ tax and now I can't even exchange it. I should have just bought something off of Amazon for $10 but I personally enjoy shopping at thrift stores to give back.
I tried to call to explain the situation and I cannot get through to anyone bc it's just an automated system. I would have to get in my car and some how hope they can let me exchange it for something else. But once I got on their website they have in big capital letters NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES PERIOD. Thoroughly inspect your items. So, why would I waste my gas to just be told that in person. It's upsetting people who work there even allow for those toys to be sold and especially for that price.

A lot of the staff is really nice but there was a lady with curly hair who was rather rude to my family who was just trying to pay and get the senior discount. Other wise it would’ve been a lovely trip if it wasn’t for that

Used to be reasonably priced. Now it costs just as much to shop on Amazon for the items needed. I’m sure the price has gone up due to the cost of their inventory going up

They have good prices and a good selection, they had a lot of kids clothes for .99 and $1.99 , it’s a nice thrift store I’d go again.
Also the woman at the front with the brown hair blue eyeshadow was very sweet

Very fun store to peruse and purchase some great items for awesome prices. I go there regularly (4 times per week) and always leave with some great items. This means that I donate very regularly as well. It's easy to drop off my donations and pick up new fashion ideas at the same time. I really enjoy this store. I don't go during the sales because it's too crowded. The prices are good anyway so I go a few days after the sales to see fresh, used clothing. I agree with the other reviewer who said that the manager needs some work. I've run across items that were missing tags before and I find it very rude and dismissive to simply take the item away and refuse to reprice it right away. This policy is disrespectful of customers’ time. I only return to this store because the other staff are very nice.
