My online banking was hacked and $850.00 was stolen. Suncoast C.U. was quick to say how sorry they were. Then after they received the police report they were quick to refund the $850.00 to my account.
Suncoast C.U. would not help me or the City of Bradenton Police Department find and prosecute the people who stole from me.
Suncoast C. U. online banking is not secure! Beware ! I am now A Navy Federal C.U. member.
