The worst dry cleaning I’ve ever received. Suit jacket and pants were OK, every single dress shirt looked borderline un-ironed in the back and every sleeve was pressed in a way that it basically pleated the arms/cuff.
Hopefully a one-off, but awful nevertheless.

i went with my mom to get clothes pressed since my mom prefers to get it pressed at a cleaners and there’s always the same i think like middle aged lady at the henderson and linebaugh location , and this lady is the most unpleasant human being ever , she has a annoyed face the second we step in and she sees all the clothes cause we usually bring like 13-17 pieces of clothing , not too long ago we went and she was saying how it’s ridiculous how much clothes we brought and how it was gonna take her all day , oh my bad i forgot that’s LITERALLY YOUR JOB?!? this lady is just really rude , literally makes me never wanna step foot in there again, if your gonna work at a place where people come in and have to speak to you uhhhh your supposed to have a pleasant and comforting attitude, fire her cause she’s not gonna help you bring in more people with here disgusting and rude attitude and presence. (june 28, 2024) we went around noon.

they're a really great cleaners with a super nice staff and decent prices, yes. but this week one of the pockets ripped on a new hoodie and they fixed it so well you can't tell which pocket they fixed!

I’ve worked with this location 2-3 times already to dry clean suits and dresses. There was some confusion with the name under my account because I had changed my last name after marriage but the ladies were really patient while we sorted through all of that!
My clothes were cleaned perfectly and on time as promised. I will see you guys for the next event! Thank you so much
