I'm shocked there are decent reviews (fake is my guess), as you can clearly see this storage facility is ran with neglect if you go in person. There's no way garbage trucks can even collect as they have let the trash get completely out of hand. I was surprised to see that there was actually a dumpster hiding under the trash pile. I wasn't surprised of the stench of decomposing rodents. Maybe management hopes that the residents (yes people live in some of these units) will cook something in their crockpots running on their stolen electricity which might mask the horrid smell?? Since people live here, I wonder how truly secure this facility can even be? I don't even want to give this place 1 star!

I do not recommend this place. My first time I visited this location there were homicide investigators there conducting an investigation. Lots of trash on this property, very dirty facility, rat feces spotted, and there was a strong smell of urine. I wasn’t sure if this was a storage facility or an apartment complex as there are people living in some of these storage units. This is definitely not a secure location due to the large crowds of people living there. If you value your belongings or property don’t leave them there. The office staff doesn’t seem to know what’s going on, and management neglects to respond to complaints. Watch out in the back of the complex because there is a big dip that damaged my vehicle, with no signs posted warning of the dip, and the storage facility is refusing to take responsibility for the damages that their property caused to my vehicle.

The ladies here are so professional it’s a breath of fresh air. The property is well maintained and has video surveillance, The units are affordable and the property is accessible. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO GREAT THAT IT DOESNT HAVE TO BE 24 hours ! You can access the property at great safe hours and they do an amazing job at contacting you for any updates! Way to go !!!
