Have been without my kitchen( family of 6) for 3 days. They came to install granite yesterday but the guy who had come to do the measuring screwed up. The guys has to cut one counter for it to fit then on the end of the counter it isn’t square it is very obvious it’s not. And he measured wrong for the outlets so they couldn’t install in one day they had to take it back to cut the outlets and were suppose to come today to finish but we called because they hadn’t shown up and was told it would be tomorrow before they came back out!Service: Granite countertop installation

If I could give negative stars, I would. Do NOT use this company. There was zero communication between team members. Didn't show up for appointments, wouldn't call me back, sold me stone that was already sold. VERY unprofessional and there was zero customer service!

Been wanting to do a review for sometime now... I had granite installed in my home in the kitchen and bathrooms. After the workers left I noticed many issues: Some areas of the walls had gashes in the drywall Large wall mirrors were taken down in the bathrooms and not put back up Crown molding was removed and not put back up Faucets were not installed in the new sinks in the kitchen or bathrooms I called the owner and he refused to have anyone come back out. I had to find a plumber last minute to have the faucets installed and had to pay to have drywall filled. Definitely would not recommend or use this company again.

We have to give Fantasy from Stone Kraft a 5 star review. Her joyful demeanor and knowledge of stones is what sold us in getting a contract with them. You can literally palpate the passion she has for helping clients. She helped us every step of the way and even went above and beyond with recommendations on sinks, etc. Love love love her and will be coming back to do our countertops in our bathroom with them. The installers were also very professional and cleaned up after their install was complete. It was perfect.Services: Kitchen countertop installation

We were driving by Stone Kraft and saw the most beautiful piece of quartzite. We were on our way home from a meeting with a different kitchen remodel store. After going in and talking to Ray we decided that Stone Kraft was the one. Sam and Ray knew things about kitchens and construction that I had know idea. They put the magical touches on that I didn't know existed and it made my kitchen look and feel top quality (because it is top quality). I'm very happy with the end result. Best experience I could have asked for! Everyone at Stone Kraft was amazing. Sam and his staff are down to earth, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. Sam is customer focused. The price beat out 3 other quotes by several hundred dollars. I am absolutely in love with my stone. Leathered fantasy brown. The installers were crazy good. We are very happy with all aspects of our experience with Stone-Kraft. Our salesperson, Elizabeth, was very helpful during the initial purchase of the new kitchen quartz counter top and Chris came by to template the tops. The quality of the quartz counter was worth the price. The demo crew (Chris & Kevin) were very neat in removal of our old counter and then the installation team took their time and did a masterful job. **UPDATE** 5/7/21.So the initial reason why I did this review was because I was sent an email by this company asking if I would provided a review and upon completion I would receive 1 of 2 free gifts. News flash they never provided anything for my positive review, so I'm updating my review to reflect. At this point I could really care less about the granite sealer that I was promised it's the principal.Stone Kraft is an awesome company. They were able to help.me select the perfect piece of granite for kitchen remodel.
