Drivers name was David provided excellent service, I didn't catch the dispatchers name but she was very helpful and nice.

Too much favoritism in that company. Everything's by the book. But they don't follow the book. And when you have a complaint. Yes they do listen. But they don't do anything about it. Only if it's you getting in trouble. Yourself I mean for something so stupid. Why do you think the workers walking around with big faces. And no smile. Because all of them including myself. Was all treated so bad. And on top of that. And I always told them that my check was short three times a month. All they did it's listen to my problem and did nothing. To not pay you back.

Very careful with strapping and anchoring the car on the flatbed tow truck. When unloading it was placed in the perfect place. I would call them again.

This place is overly expensive. Also they completely emptied my glove compartment for no reason and left everything all over the floor and seats inside my vehicle. It took about two hours for me to even pick up my vehicle since there was only one guy working and I guess I wasn’t a priority.

I just had a flat tire and called Tesla roadside. They partner with Stepps Towing and Justin came out and had my vehicle on the tow truck within an hour. He was very professional and towed me over to Tesla and I had the tire repaired in an hour.No one likes getting a flat tire, but this was the easiest process to fix it. Big thanks to Justin at Stepps for getting me back on the road quickly!
