Was easy to retrieve my vehicle ftom their lot on Nebraska Ave. Only issue was they did not have change to break a $100 bill for $41 dollars.

I handle claims for many dealerships and have to deal with tow companies daily. Stepp's has been the most pleasant, friendly, and helpful tow company I have dealt with to date! Their customer service is wonderful. I wish all tow companies were this pleasant to work with.
