Sooner than later, a sincere human approach when dealing with customers needs from Staples is making a difference BELIEVE IT OR NOT; this is the principle what can spring up and STAY Staples as the head of stores in the field. Best Buy is down by it self.

Jack is the man! It’s always a pleasure to receive service from someone who clearly cares about their work and clients. Jack is elite! He should be running this store. He is observably attentive to both clients and teammates and it’s incredible to watch. I hope this place takes great care of him.

I visited this Staples location last Friday to print some business cards that I had already designed. The representative who assisted me told me it would be ready by the following day. However, when I returned two days later, my order was not ready. I opted to cancel my order as I found a better alternative elsewhere, and the staff assured me they would refund the amount to the same card. Unfortunately, upon checking my statement today, I discovered that I had been charged. Consequently, I had to initiate a dispute for the transaction

Called the store to ask a general question in regards to marketing business cards, staff was extremely rude. I called to inform one of the managers on duty, that the staff was extremely rude even after explaining it was “my first time”
The manager chuckles and says, “we also do amazon…. Crickets…. What does that have to do with my complaint? I was very pleasant, and explained that the marketing team was very rude. You can’t make these things up. Poor customer service all around. It starts from management, so that explain alot

RACIST STAFF!!! I tried making a return for an Amazon order. I waited in line, a white man joined the line a few minutes after me and received a warm welcome saying that he'd be helped soon then he was assisted before me. The woman who started help me then complained to a co worker about how she wasn't supposed to be there and that she should be off.

Was in a pickle! Needed a printout from my phone. The staff were very helpful especiallyDana. Who took the time to explain the procedure, finally taking my phone to get the job done. I waited patiently as I watched Sima gently handle old photos for a veteran who wanted them to be copied. She even got him to laugh and joke as he relaxed realizing she would handle his precious photos with care. The atmosphere was very professional, pleasant, and comforting to know they would go outta their way to make sure you left with what you needed. Thanks to Dana and Sima for representing Staples well!
